    Just cashed this out from Raging Bull. Been playing off and on since yesterday. Was getting alot of good hits. Didnt want to press my luck so cashed out.

    They are sister casino to Grand Fortune and my 2 cash outs from GF went very well, so hoping this will be the same. Will keep you posted.

    Withdrawal has been approved. Requested withdrawal on 2/15 and was approved yesterday 2/18, real good.

    Still cant get into live chat at Grand Fortune or Raging Bull. Have sent emails to both, but never received a response. Don't know what is gong on there.

    Yeah I wish I think of something else to try. If it was me at this point I would be calling if it was my only hope at getting through.

    I did call yesterday and spoke to some woman. She said someone by the name of Scott sent me an email which I never received and she said he would resend it and never received that one either. They have my correct email, so I dont understand why I dont get these emails. I sent emails to support today at both Grand Fortune and Raging Bull and also to Schalk, who I spoke with alot in live chat and have heard nothing back from anyone. Seems like they just cut me off from live chat. I can get to live chat at all the other RTG Casinos , so it must not be a problem with my PC, Just wish they would answer my emails with a solution.

    This is beyond my guessing skills, and unfortunately for you I am all you guys have got for the next couple days. I will see if I can find something out that may help, let me know if anything changes.

    Just was able to log into chat at both Grand Fortune and Raging Bull. Asked if they had and problem and they said no, Said it must have been on my end. I dont think it was becasue chat worked at the other casinos. Well anyway just thought I would let you know.
