    Did they turn into a crappy casino?

    I did a withdrawal with max cash of $600. Says free bankwire. Then, I was asked for the forms and asked if it was a yearly thing since, I've withdrawn from them before.
    I sent it in Jan. 18th.

    Was in limbo forever. Finally got an email that it was approved. Feb. 2nd.

    Feb 27th I get email that it was declined. Speaking to chat right now and she says because of missing documents. WTH?? Its been 20 min and seems I'm being ignored.

    Also, was charged $75 processing fee. I was returned $525. ughhhh

    I'm getting a hold of a rep to sort this out.

    It looks like the cashout is moving forward again (after a month of you assuming it was going through the process which is complete BS on their part), so I will try and get an answer as to what the $75 was for. Are you sure it wasn't for a sticky bonus or something like that?

    I didn't even think to look at the history. It says promo credit withdrawal. If I had known that, I would've withdrawn $675.

    Don't worry about it now, its gone. And I'll check this casino off my list.

    Ok, well the $75 mystery is solved.

    I'm sorry you played it down. It would have been nice to have moved on to another casino while you just waited for this cashout. What's done is done though. :(

    i'm glad i found this becuz its popping up everywhere..LCB, Casinomeister, and i'm glad i checked here. everything they are doing as i read here is exactly whats happening with so many people right now.. mine was authorized in early or late december and on jan 16th , it was processed. havent received anything. they joined the group of casinos that are all affiliated with players rewards card as they just joined them. i was aand still am a member but have 500.00 0n my prc card and cant use it any more and nobody knows why,i used to like it until one day the affiliated casinos wont/cant take my card any more . i spoke with prc and they found no problem, but when i try to use it it doesnt take. not trying to divert but since RBC and GRAND FORTUNE are new members with them , maybe that could explain. i just know that RBC is horrible in every aspect now and i m not seeming to get paid either.it's ridiculous.. thx roxcbrown

    oh and ..p.s.. the whole resubmit your docs.. has to be crap cuz that to buy them time. i resubmitted and they verified that they received.i have had no more emails since. after the one saying it was processed jan 16th, thay have not answered any of my emails so evey ow and then i go to my sent mail to them which was bank ing and support. i pull them up and add some more comments..i think my last one becuz everything has been said in detail over and over, this time i just added to my sent mail.."where's my money??" p do it whenever i think about it to remind them i have not forgot or want to just forget about it..
