Really Frustrated With BetPhoenix

After ignoring the fact that they have slow games everytime I've played,  I go thru the trouble of going out yesterday and loading  my netspend card  because of their attractive offer of $10 minimum deposits - only to find out that they were having technical difficulties all day long.  Then the nice token from them last evening with the free chip they gave everyone which I think was a very nice thought on their part.   So I go out in the heat again today to load my card again  - this time I'm told by chat that you can only do the 10$ deposit 2-3 times { this deposit was for 17$ and I haven't done more than 1 10$ deposit!)   So I call customer service only to be told they don't have the processor to handle $10 deposits yet!   Hello?  I've already done one in the past and also  the 10$ deposits is what is drawing me to them in the first place!   I don't think this is very good business,   and maybe more people are being drawn there for the same reason.   Thank you for allowing me to post this.

Thats not the casinos fault really- all the credit card companies are really cracking down and its really hard for the casinos to get processors right now because the ban goes into effect june 1st."
But the casinos are really scrambling and trying very hard to work it all out for us - but its probably going to get worse before it gets any better- but there is not a lot the casinos can do.

I have made deposits with them for $10 and someone else I know has as well...I dont know what is going on over there, maybe with the maintenance they did, they changed their min.???

Wow thanks for the fast replys you guys! And thank you for your help. luvmycats64 is my username. I spoke by chat with Omar around approximately 2 p.m. I don't have any copies of chat....

then shortly after I spoke with another man  by telephone {i know Omar's voice from the past} I don't know this man's name but he said he was leaving in 3 minutes?  He told me they didn't have a processor to process 10$ deposits until tommorrow. Both times I was asked if I could do 20 dollars and I said all I had was $17.   Thank you guys for your help

Mommy its not them its the processors-you guys the ban goes into effect june 1st things are going to keep changing at the casinos - but its not the casinos doing it - or not their choice anyway

I know Cat, it's going to get to get really hard to play soon. I just can't spend that much right now . I know it's not their fault. But I wish they would of said something about it just the same

Thank you Mben. I really appreciate your help! No I don't think I will get a free chip but if they fix the problem then I will play there every chance I get. I love Rtg and for now $10 is easier for me to play with after all the money I lost in other casinos since December. Thanks again for your kindness!

With all the changes coming for US players and all the money I've spent this year and haven't found 1 casino that appreciates your money I am finally done with online gambling. This casino was the last straw - a slap in the face actually, THEY GAVE ME A $5 courtesy chip with 20x playthrough, and 2x max cashout {bonus not cashable!} How insane is that???? If only they had a clue to how much money I spend when I really like a casino {think in terms of a new vechicle} and just ask slotastic, jackpot capital and redflush, I bet they really enjoyed my thousands after giving me 2-3 $10 bonuses. I'm going back to the land-based Casino out of town and playing the ocassional free bone, I mean chip they throw us. Now if anyone feels they have to reply and say I'm just a sore loser, If it makes you feel better about yourself , go ahead at my expense , join the club , the casinos know all about expense

grlplayer, didn't you say that you did not think you would get a free chip out of this but if they fix the problem that you ran into, then you would play there every chance you got? And for the record, I don't care whether you play there or not. What I care about is that you posted in a thread called Online Casino Problems - Let Us Try To Help so whether you wanted to just post your issue or you wanted actual help I stepped in and alerted the casino to your issue. There is no fix that you are going to see other than not running into $10 deposit issues as their customer support says one thing and the casino says another. Meaning the casino has taken $10 deposits before and customer service saying it can't be done. If I were you, I would have taken that free chip as a token that Nicolas took your issue to management and they heard what you had to say and what you went through. And that it was appreciated that you brought the issue to their attention. They are a brand new casino that is trying to get on their feet. Yes, they have had issues that a lot of players have seen lately which include technical issues. I am not saying that you cannot have your opinion about the casino but what I am saying is don't say you would not expect anything from them and then come back and say you got slapped in the face with something you didn't expect. Would not hearing from the casino at all satisfied you? I think not.
