Hey gang, I need to make some things clear regarding the terms and conditions set on our prize chips. Basically .... the casino's general terms and conditions APPLY. Our reps did not change the terms of our freebies except for some playthroughs and some max cashouts. They did not change the term that if you have taken freebie after freebie, that they will credit you. They did not change the term that if you have never deposited into the casino, they will credit you. Their terms stand and I cannot change them. I don't know the status of your accounts unless you tell me in a PM when I am gathering up your account numbers. So what I get, I send off. When I come back and tell you that you are not getting credited, please do not shoot the messenger. But before multiple PM's and emails are sent back and forth between you and me and/or Sookie and emails to the rep, let us know if your account is in good standing to be able to accept a free bonus before we send it off. That will save us all time and grief. Sorry to put a damper on the partying but it is what it is and had to be said. Thanks everyone!
