Requesting your help with Slots Jungle WD, por favor...

    Hey guys!I've been pretty scarce on here lately because I haven't been playing online as much as I used to. However, I recently started playing again at Slots Jungle (I'm giving Win Palace a break) and it was going as it usually does, I deposit, I lose it, I deposit again, I lose it again, etc. etc., you know how it goes...Well I finally won something, not much but at least it was something. I did the play-through and cashed out (first cashout with them) at $500 on February 28th. I never received an email from the finance department and that's fine, I just kept track by logging in and looking in the cashier tab. On March 6th it was approved and I was supposed to be wired around $460. I contacted them through chat and made sure all the documents I had to send in were in order - and they were, they said they didn't need anything else and I should get the money within 5 business days, no longer than that.So I waited...nothing...I emailed the finance department (Johnny Wilson) on March 14th to ask again about it saying that I waited and have not received anything yet and asked at what point should I start to worry about this? . Johnny emailed me back on March 17th asking me to confirm my checking and routing number - I checked and double checked, and they do have the right info. He also asked me to send him my last statement from March 6th until that day to show that I did not receive a deposit from them and so they could investigate further. Which is telling me something is happening, that shouldn't be happening (like me not getting my money!). So I responded and sent him what he asked for.I got another emailed back from Johnny yesterday morning thanking me for my email and my bank statement. He said that he has forwarded my information to the payment department and we are currently investigating this issue. I will update you as soon as possible . I thanked him and this morning emailed him again since they were currently investigating to see if there is any update on my situation. I have heard nothing back from him. And I hate when I hear nothing back. [​IMG]So...can one of you work your magic on your end and see what's up with this? While waiting for my withdrawal I've won again with them and want to cash that out too eventually, but I'm afraid I'm going to get screwed over and won't ever see a dime. Do you ever have one of those days where you are just spinning your wheels and getting nowhere?!?My username at their casino is: Stapowers.Please let me know what you find out and THANK YOU! I just want an answer and hate having to wait for days between emails. I just wanted to see if you can get an answer faster than I can.
