RIVERBOAT ISN'T HONORING $50 ND BONUS

I hadn't ever heard of this RTG casino until reading the list of RTG nd bonuses.  I downloaded and signed on a new account, but when I tried to redeem the coupon it said Your coupon cannot be redeemed at this time. Please call customer service for more information.   When I tried to contact live support and both of the telephone numbers, the live support page didn't open and the telephone numbers were busy.  RTG can be a bit snooty.  Several times after registering at  RTG casinos, I have received a message CASINO CLOSING FOR MAINTENANCE even though I have never abused bonuses, registered more than one account, etc,

OK -well 1st of all, do you have an account at Casino33 (RTG) ?Because if you do and you have claimed a no deposit bonus as a new player at that casino, then you will not be able to claim one at RiverBoat Casino as they are sister casinos and only allow you claim a no deposit bonus as a new player at one casino, or the other, but not at both.And if you dont have an account at Casino33 then OK But I thought I would ask because that would be the most likely reason that you could not claim it.And 2nd, I see that you said: RIVERBOAT ISN'T HONORING $50 ND BONUS But then you said that the phones were busy, and that the support page wouldn't open.So I am assuming then that you haven not talked to anyone at the casino about this yet?...so I am guessing by Isnt honoring... that you are referring to it not letting you claim the bonus when you tried? ....And not that you had spoken to someone and that they had told you no. Is that right? Because you need speak with the casino about why you can not claim it first, and see what they say... they might even fix it for you when you do. And if you are still having trouble accessing their live chat and still cant get through on the phone, then i suggest you email your question to them.Once you have done that, if you still feel you are eligible and that this is a bonus that you should be entitled to- then please PM me your acc. info for RiverBoat, along with a copy of any chats or emails containing their answer to you as to why you can not claim it.Then i will give the info to Mben and ask her to check with the casino rep.But I will not do that untill you have spoken with the casino, since what we can do to help is limited anyway- but we can do nothing without the details, including what the casino tells you.But we will be happy to check on any issues you are having if you can provide us with the needed information and details

You are correct, and I read such just after posting.  I did claim that bonus at Casino33, so I am SOOL
