I couldn't get it to work either, any of the games, and now am locked out of my account and now live support says i have to email at service@rockbet.com to get that resolved because they don't handle that problem... think the failure to launch is going to be longer than what they anticipated..

I downloaded and deposited.  I played just fine, no error codes or problems.  I cashed out $1000 and received an e-mail saying cash out was being prcessed.  I'm sure I will have to end cashout paperwork first.
