Looks like I have been bonus banned at Royal Apollo also for having duplicate accounts there.  The casinos started accepting players from the USA on Jan27th which means I could not have signed up any earlier than that. And I know since I have signed up, I have not created 2 accounts there. What, am I stupid??? I explained the whole situation to the casino manager (who is not at fault here) and told her that she needs to pass this info off to Rival and let them know that this is a serious situation they have concerning all of the Rival casinos and how it is affecting potential depositing players. So do I uninstall the casino? Maybe not. With the playthroughs and max cashouts that a lot of the bonuses have at Rivals, maybe I might start playing without taking a bonus from now on.
