RTG and banned states?

If you live in a state that is banned from gambling but you are allowed to play at RTG casinos can they deny your winnings? I am just curious about this no one has ever held what I have won but it does state if a player resides in a jurisdiction where participation in the Game is prohibited by law; winnings can by witheld. Are they meaning banned states or countries that dont allow gambling? I want to play at winpalace but I am afraid to if I win will I get my money?  Thank you for the input.

If you were to win a random jackpot or even a progressive, no doubt that they might make you forfeit you winnings.  This scenario has yet to truly play out.  However, if a casino clearly states it in their rules, then we have no choice then to take it at face value.  The only thing I can say is not to use your bank card or credit cards to deposit/withdraw.  If you use Quicktender/Usemywallet, its a little easier for the casinos to hide the paper trail, so to speak.  QT uses European banks, technically the casinos aren't paying us directly then.  Just food for thought.
