Closed Ruby slots cashout been since 2/12/13

    I cashed out at Ruby slots on 2/12/13 and it was approved on 3/01/13 and its still in the processing status. I was just wandering if anyone has had problems with them, it seems support doesn't want to help much. I send them emails but all I get in return is ticket numbers for my query. What is it with this group of casinos they get a chance to redeem themselves and then take forever to send the withdrawals. I just think 35 days and counting is way to long to get a cashout in my hands. The funny thing is they sent me an email today asking what they could do to get me back to playing at Ruby Slots.     Well i am in kinda the same boat as you.I thought they might change there ways so i have deposited quite a bit here since i like the no restriction bonuses.I had a withdrawal from 02-02-2013..it was approved on the 14th and i called exactley 10 days after that and they then said it will be sent to there processor which took about another 2 weeks before i finally got a tracking #.Now what pissed me off was i requested a withdrawal for a western union, and thats the ONLY reason i decided to play there, then after over a month they say they are sending me an int'l check which pissed me off even more.There support is absolutley horrible and its the same old song and dance with this group, there not gonna change and i am done giving them 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances to change there ways. Its just not gonna happen with this group.You will eventually get paid but the timeframe is just insane and i have uploaded rubyslots and am kissing them goodbye.

    You should get paid soon i hope.I FINALLY have been paid by these guys after close to 2 months.Yes yes i know how this group is and has been and i see always will be and i dont think those giant no restriction bonus' are worth waiting almost 2 months for a payout.

    thanks Mben, all I get from them is its been sent to the processor, How darn long does it take for a processor to process a check for cryin out loud. I agree with TonyT the bonuses are nice but its not worth the wait. Go Buckeyes, LOL.

    received my check today, it actually came from a financial service from Florida as the bank also in Florida. I was worried it would be from another country. I'll let you know if it goes through.

    No problem Mben thanks for the help anyway. I had the bank deposit the check into my savings and its in the available balance of my savings so I guess it went through o.k.
