    payne - Processed payment on 5/20/2013 11:59:32 AM. Casino is waiting for third party processor to send the tracking number. They should be proving the tracking anytime soon from nowTonyT- On 6/6/2013 10:46:25 AM casino sent the payment via Pay2Card. Processor rejected the $1080 payment. They have sent an email to this player requesting another debit card to send winnings to or another method to send winnings on 6/6

    thank you...yes they keep telling me its the processor holding it up but its been 2 weeks and they lady in chat said they cantake as long as they want...so frustrating

    Thanks Mben!This is another rogue thing they did to me. If you look at the screenshot I put up it shows I requested a check by fed ex., I don't even have one of those pay2card accts. Now I have to wait even longer to get the 1st part of my withdrawal.This has been one huge nightmare and I am glad they will eventually pay but never ever again will I put a single penny in any of those casinos.

    I need to bump this up again just for an update.Well what they did was now they put both my withdrawals together and are sending a check like I requested but they said it was sent on 6/7/2013 and I have yet to receive the check or even get any info on what courier they are using so I am clueless as to when it will arrive.Almost 2 months of torture and lame excuse after lame excuse and here I sit with no winnings.

    There is a huge iGaming conference going on right now and I have a feeling that our rep went to it. I will email her again on Monday but i do need to give her some travel time. It is in Amsterdam.

    I am gonna take one last and final stab and these jokers.So over the past almost 2 months that my withdrawal has been going on they never once sent an email or called about their great no restriction bonus' and before that I was getting calls or emails daily.Soooooooo all of a sudden that my winnings were sent the phone calls and emails have started back up, tell me they don't know whats going on like they claim they don't when you try to get info out of them about your winnings.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid these guys at all cost, its a complete nightmare if you happen to win.Ok rant over and that is all I will say about this casino or group again.Oh!! and thanks again mben for getting involved.

    Well hopefully with the resumed phone calls and emails, your payment has really been sent, Tony. the proof will be when the Fed Ex man shows up at your door.

    Well miracles do happen I guess.Fed Ex finally showed up yesterday and it only took 2 months, what a GREAT casino. NOTTTTTTTTTT!!Thee absolute worst cashout experience I have ever had in 10+ years of playing online. The lies and excuses they came up with were just priceless.I know its tough here in the US to play online but there are many RTG casinos that do payout in a reasonable time and this group is not one of them.

    well after getting pissed off I FINALLY got a response that was they didnt know when and not to expect it anytime soon! I lost it and was offered pay2card which I requested a bankwire to begin with and not a check! I was told my payment was done today and will hit by wed...we will see if they are lying once again! Absolutely the WORST experience ever! July 7th will be 3 months of waiting to get my money...ill post what happens.

    sorry ihavent been around but been having internetissues. finally got my money but had to do pay2cardoption and got it within 72 hours...they shoilda just done that in first place!! thanks for all the help!!
