Rushmore saga

Each time I read this post I sigh.  It is quite obvious that Rushmore is having payment issues, and each of you are doing everything you possibly can do get them to pay you to no avail.All I can say from my own experience is that Rushmore does pay. It has been taking an extremly long time to get the money to the bank accounts but it does show up in the end. I am hoping this will be the end result for all the players who have withdrawls thru Rushmore right now.It is so hard to be patient after such a long time I know.  Try to hang in there.                                                                           Pam

Still nothing from Rushmore. Received  a reply to my email  yesterday, saying because of the weekend and the banks being closed, maybe I will receive my winnings this week. Was told the same thing last week. This is really getting on my nerves.

Just received an email from Megan Ross from Rushmore. She said that they are in the process of getting a tracking number for the wire transfer to see where my winnings are. does that mean that it is lost?

Just read on another forum that some people have received emails from Rushmore saying that their withdral that was requested via wiretransfer will be received by check. They also have the check option in the cashier now for withdrawing . Still have not received mine yet. Has been 7 weeks, maybe I will receive a check, that would be nice.

 I sure do hope you receive something nikkidog. It has been just to long a wait for you.As we have seen in the past few weeks, checks are being sent vs wire transfers. I can only think it is due to processore issues.I know at this point a check would be a welcome sight for you.Hang in there.                                                                  Pam

One week ago today I receeived an email from Megan from Rushmore saying that she was in the process of getting a tracking number for my wire transfer. I have not heard one word back from her. They do not answer my emails that I send  regarding the tracking number. Live chat said that would leave a note for her to contact me , but she never does.  This is really getting  frustrating. According to her my wire transfer was sent out on 1/5/2012 andthey said I shouldhave received it by now, and that is what the tracking number wasfor, to track it down. They never emailed me andsaid that my bank returned  the wire transfer, so that can't the problem. If they would just answer my emails and let me know what is going on, but I am being completly ignored.

Still waiting for my withdrawals from 10/21.  They were supposedly sent to the processer 3 weeks ago.  I finally received an email (after my 10 sent with no response):Dear Angela,I am checking with the processor daily on this matter and they have informed me that it can take some time to get a response form the banks. Also if you can make sure that you did not receive a payment from a company called Definite Payments, french name Paiments Definis as this is how it would show up on your bank statment. I will inform you as soon as I have been updated. Still no repsonse to my emails. I don't think that it takes almost 2 weeks to get a tracking number. They know that the wire transfer are not working out so why  can't  they just send a check like some people are getting.  When and if they answer my email they will  probably tell me the same thing to see if I received it from Definite payments. I have been checking my bank account from the beginning to make sure I haven't missed anything, and like  you said would know if the payment was received. I know how much I have in my account and would know if I received it. Just another excuse on their part. At this point I am beginning  to think that I will never see that money.

Haven't deposited there for quite awhile and won't! I don't like to hear folks not getting their money. I will still play their freerolls!!!

 I have not deposited at Rushmore in a long while either.  Just pitiful what they are doing to nikkidog about her withdraw.  Just doesnt make sense.I do play their freerolls, but then I ask myself why? Will I have to go thru what Nikkidog is going thru to get paid?Sigh.Hang in there nikkidog.                                                              Pam

What bothers me  is that they now stopped answers my emails. If they would just let me now if they received the tracking number for the   wire transfer, which they said over a week ago that they were waiting for ( I don;t think it takes this longto get a tracking number ). or if they are going to send me a check like some other people have received. They just keep be hanging wondering what is going on. Then when I go to live chat they offer me deposits bonus for my patience. Like I am really  going to make a deposit LOL. They have given some people a free chip. I don'y even want that. I just want my money.:dollarsign:

Hello, I'm a new guy here. i found the thread Rushmore Saga just by poking around on the web so I joined this forum. I am posting here just to let it be known that Nikkidog is NOT alone! My story is very similar to Nikkidogs. I made 3 cahouts from Rushmore Casino as follows:Cashed out $2,000 - approved on Nov. 24thCashed out $1,800 - approved on Dec. 1stCashed out $1,000 - approved on Dec. 8thToday is Feb 2nd and I still did have not received any money from any of these withdraws. I am experiencing the exact same thing as Nikkidog as far as my communications with Rushmore.I am sick about the whole thing and just decided to post my frustration here and to let it be knownwhat is in store for anyone trying to get a cashout from this casino.

Wonder many more folks aren't getting their money! I really feel like when that damn pop up window comes up their automatically, to say NO DAMIT, I am NOT going to deposit...Why deposit if I won't get paid!!!!

I know just what you are going through. Well yesterday I received an email from Tara Murdoch, who said that she is now in charge of the withdrawals department. She said that they are still trying to locate my funds and as soon as they are found, that they will issue me a check for my winnings. She also said that they have a new process, who they know has good results in getting the winnings paid. The laste mail I received before the one from her was from Megan, on 1/18/2012, in which she said that they were waiting for a tracking number for my wire transfer. I never heard from her again after that and she never answered any of my emails. It has been 2 weeks now and I can't believe that the have yet to get a tracking number. How long is this going to take now. They know that the wire transfers are not working, so why not just send a check. I have been told so many different stories, that I don't even know if I should believe this one. I will let you know if and when I receive my winnings or any updates with a different story.

I will do the same. any new news or any kind of payment and i will post it here.i'm not at all happy that this has happened for you, of course, but at the same time I am happy to have found someone dealing with the same issue. hopefully, one of us will receive some good news or a payment of some sort from Rushmore that will give at least a glimmer of hope to the other :)

Here is the latest news I just received. Spoke with Nick in live chat. He said that they have a reference number for my wire transfer and gave it to me, He said that according to the processor I should have received my winnings on 12/31/2011 and it should have read Definitive Payment Payments. I was told by the withdrawals department a while back that it was sent out by the processor on 1/5/2012, so how could it have been in my bank account on 12/31/2011. He said to check with my bank and give them the reference number to see why it was not placed in my account and possibly not accepted by my bank. . I really do not want to give my bank any information as to not raise any red flags. He said that they are trying to locate my winnings and get it back and then they would issue me a check. Mben,what do you think all about this. I just do not know what to believe.

Man I wish we had a good rep that I could talk to about EVERYONE'S issues. Call your bank, nikki, and ask them if any wires tried to come in, give them the reference number. If they say yes, but was rejected, then you go back to Rushmore and tell them that. If they say no, then you go back to Rushmore and tell them that too. Don't give the bank any info other than the amount, the dates the wire was suppose to hit around and the reference number. I don't think they will ask you any questions other than that and if they do, just tell them it is a wire coming from a friend overseas.

Nikkidog - No. i've heard absolutely nothing from them. every time i talk to them on chat (which seems the only way to communicate) they just keep giving me a slightly altered version of the same story they keep telling me which, in a nutshell is...... it is in the hands of the processor you should get your money very soon .Just to let you know, i read the advise that Mben just posted here about calling the bank, and I liked the idea, so i called my bank. They were able to confirm that no wire transfers (in the amounts I specified) were ever sent. They said they would have a record of it if it did. Therefore, I know with certainty that it is all Rushmore stalling and jerking me around.Mben - Thanks for caring and the good advise :)

Did the bank ask you any questions about the wire transfer, like where it was from or anything like that. They are just stalling, but I did read on another forum yesterday that some people are starting to receive their money, who have been waiting as long as we have. If they don't know where the wire transfers are , stop all this nonsense and lies and just send us a check.

no. i was fortunate to get someone on the phone who wasn't nosing into who the transfer was coming from. I just asked her a direct question .... were there any wire transfers intended for my checking account in the sum of $2.000 that were rejected or denied in the past 3 months? . she then took a moment to check my account records and said not that we are aware of . and that was that.

Thanks from me also Mben. I emailed the withdrawals department and told them that there is no record of a wire transfer to my bank. Of course I have not received an answer. I also went to live chat and told them. They said they will forward my message to the withdrawals department, but can't count on that either. Maybe Bel can get some answers. I sure hope so.

i just wish we can get this whole thing over with. They know that the wire transfer are not working out , so stop all this and send the people a check.. I just cashed out from Titan last night. I hope it is not going to be a repeat of Rushmore. my last cash out from Titan went pretty fast with no problems at all, I hope this one will be the same.But as far as Rushmore goes I want my :dollarsign:. It has been 2 1/2 months now and a lot of frustration.

Just received an email from Rushmore saying they will update me about my withdrawal as   soon they have more information. Wanted me to verify my mailing address , to speed things up , should they need to send me a check.Not holding my breath, in case it is just another stall tatic.I read  yesterday that some one was sent a check on 1/26 and his  received it winnings yesterday 1/7. Hope that is what they will do for me and alot of other peole.

OK. just got an e-mail from Rushmore withdraws department. Very encouraging as i have not heard from them in over a month. I believe it is the same e-mail nikkidog got, but still it is something, and it sounds promising. At least they are acknowledging that they owe me $4800 and they are sorry for the delay, and somebody there is trying hard to get my money to me. this is a copy/paste of the e-mail:Dear ScottMy name is Tara Murdoch. That is the same exact same email I received from them about 2 weeks ago  and have not heard anything from them until today,  the email I just posted about,. Maybe we are getting close to be getting paid.

Just spoke with live chat. He said that they are no longer issueing checks instead of a wire transfer for my withdrawal. He said that they have a new processor ( heard that before ) and as soon as they locate my funds they will resend the wire trahsfer. Said I will get paid but ,  just  when they don't know. I am so :angry: and at my wirs end. It is always a different story, day after day.
