Sending over documents

    Hi all,Not sure if you can help out or not, received email's from Slots Jungle,Casino Titan, Club World, RushMore and few others, Now this all started last week in June they wanted my documents id,bill,copies of cards front and back that I have used on these accounts, so I scanned and emailed like they asked,sent everything over and now I'm not even allowed to sign into my account no reply on my doc's if they need anything more from me, emailed all the finance Dept's like I was told and still as of today have gotten no reply.  I guess what is brothering me I have deposited hundreds of dollar on all these site and to get no reply or even a phone call? I'm alittle bitter right now. Slots Jungle Gilfy41 can't even sign in at all, it tells me to contact customer support, I do that they tell email the finance dept... again since 6/28th this has been going onCasino Titan can sign in but can't deposit???Club World I have no problem at all with now.RushMore I have no problem at all with now.Any help I can get would greatly be appreciated.

    I forgot now Loco Panda was able to deposit last week now can't even sign into my account

    I heard from the LP rep and he is waiting to hear from whoever he sent your issue to, gilfy.

    gilfy, the Loco Panda rep got back to me and said that whatever the reason is that you were flagged is not really an individual casino issue, but an RTG issue. This means that the reps cannot help you with the problem and you will have to keep on with each individual finance department to get answers as to what is happening and hopefully work it out with RTG to get it cleared up. I'm sorry I couldn't get a more specific answer.

    MbenNot sure if you helped or not but my account with Slots Jungle was reactivated today and so was my Casino titan and Loco Panda-  Loco gave me $21.00 and Casino Titan gave me $25.00 for the inconvenience did not expect that.Thanks Again for everything your the best!!!:roll:
