Should I just be grateful???

Even though I will get the money I won at Winpalace I am frustrated with how long it takes to get it? We are gamblers and  as the money sits in your account its calling to you waiting for you to crack. I dont see why they make you wait so long. I did get my first 3000 it took a while and Mben helped so it probably moved it along. I have had my second 3000 in there since Feb 28th waiting and waiting while 3000 more sits there waiting for me to play it. It could be another 5 business days they have up to 10 to approve it??? I can only cash out 3000 at a time. Hopefully I get the whole 3000. I wont play it but come on Winpalace move faster. This will keep me from gambling again there as it takes to long and you will spend all of your money before they approve the cash out. It well over a month before I get all the winnings and why do they have a max cash out do most of them? What they dont take enough of our money to pay all at once?Am I asking to much or should I just be grateful I won the cash???

I don't think you are asking too much, smosey, wanting all of your winnings now. If you were at a land based casino and hit that, you would have walked out with cash in hand.I can't answer why they have a max weekly cashout (like I am pretty sure other casinos have too) but I will try to find out for us.As far as being grateful, sitting where I am sitting, yes you should be grateful because I am wishing I could be receiving even one of your $3000 payments from any casino, right about now. -- Edited by Mben on Saturday 5th of March 2011 01:44:22 PM

Smosey,"
Ive been playing on line for about a year and half now, Ive been able to cash out"
4 times, the quickest one was 35 days to get the money in hand. The longest"
was about 3 months."
There are some things you can do to speed it up a bit, Like Moderator help or"
Direct casino Rep help, and even Raise Mortal Hell with casino support - every day!"
"
What I know for sure is, When I hit that cash out button I'm going to have to grind it"
out until I get paid. That just seems to be the way it is with on line gaming. "
"
Thats my 2 cents"
WTG on your big win

Hi smosey:Thanks for the post.It is likely the tuffest things to do when we gamble online is to#1...WIN#2..Having to wait for our money.Winning is difficult enough, and then to have to wait to get paid is only yet another step in the process of online gambling.  As signman said, it simply is just the way it goes with online gaming.  We do everything we can to speed up the process, but the casinos have their T&C's laid out pretty good, as far as a Max cash out, or paying in installments. That is why it is soooo important for all of us to choose where we play carefully. If I read the T&C's and I see a long waiting period to get paid (10 days to approve etc)  I simply wont play there.  It isnt worth it to me.  I know you are feeling the same way about now with the wait with them making you wait so long, and paying in installments. Still....YOU DID WIN...and I know you are grateful. In a nutshell, when we play online, we have to be able to accept the terms the casinos has laid out for us so clearly. We have to be able to say to ourselves, Yes, I am willing to wait for my money if I win.    We have to be able to say that before we make that deposit.   As time goes by, me personally, am not as accepting as I used to be and gamble online less.  When I do play, I choose places with quicker cash out times than others.  Waiting takes disapline not to reverse that cashout, which is just what the casinos want us to do.  I know you have the disapline to wait this out. Such a great post you made here, and alot of opportunity for members to voice how they are feeling as we have about gambling online in todays world.  Thank you for that.                                                                                                 Pam
