Sky Vegas breaks new ground :)

Just got an invite for the grand opening of a completely new and awesome sounding approach to slot playing..... Community Cops and Robbers, if you are playing in the same room as anyone elese whom triggers the bonus - everyone gets it woohoo. It starts tonight with a £10 NDB between 8-10 p.m. for those invited, although fairly similar to Microgaming`s multi players Wheel of Wealth, you are not restricted by the multipliers earned via the amount of scatters you have landed between the bonus spin times. Will add more after the event ;).

That sounds cool. There is a land based Indian casino 25 min from where i live and there are two games I've watched people play that are like that....Monopoly...and an E Bay game. Cool I hope more of the online casinos start adding a game or two like that.

Love those type of games. Play them all the time at land-based. What a great time! It really sucks when 1 out of the 8 hit all the time

In principal it sounded great and I like everyone else waiting was eagerly awaiting the start. In practise.. Oh boy where do I start, lag playing a huge part here as there is no player cap, and this does bear a huge significance on what you have to achieve to be legible for the community bonus when it is popped. When you start you have a robber on the top of your screen whom walks against a conveyor type road rotating against him (think tread mill), his progress is based entirely on how quick your spins are, when he reaches the safe at the end of the road a multiplier starts, again this is based on spin speed, if you are to slow he will start going backwards, thus losing your bonus status. There were around 150 players playing when I left after an hour and there had been only one community bonus triggered, again a very poor return imho.Highlight of the night for me was winning 2 bonuses giving me an extra £30 to play with.My conclusion is... This game is far from ready to go live, and if last night was a beta test it would fall back to alpha status, a huge thumbs down from me.
