i'm probably still in the wrong here but I played the free spins at slotastic then a 20$ chip they sent me in the mail. won nothing off either one of them. I've deposited here a few times this year. I had 281 comp points. I redeemed them and won $200. guess i'll just have to hang up playing online anymore. not a way to treat a regular.

they claim they denied it because I claimed 2 bonuses in a row

It would be difficult to get you paid because of that. These casinos put their foot down when it comes to multiple freebies in a row.

I'm thinking you were just venting?

if I had of won off the second bonus I would have agreed with them. I won off comp points. that's their way out of paying tho, they gonna say some of those comps came from the free bonus

After you claim a free bonus at an RTG you must deposit again before you can have a successful cashout...from anything. It's pretty strict and pretty standard RTG T&C's.

I don't mean to sound harsh or uncaring, it's just not an argument we would win. Trust me I totally feel your pain.

thing is don't play your comp points after a free chip...you win they take it. think i'll go play at club world sites for awhile or not at all. there's a land based one in Philadelphia ms about 60 miles from here need to go there more

Yes at least when you win at a land based casino you can just put the money in your pocket and be done with it ;)

I feel that if I am depositing and accrue comps, it is my money. But like you said and I say too, they will say some of the comps come from free play and some from bonuses that players claim on deposits.

The casinos need to come up with a system where only your deposits add to the comps. But then again, why punish players who don't use freebies in a row by a lower amount of comp points because their deposit bonus money and free play money didn't add into the comp total. (if a system like that was in place)

Not all casinos do this. For example Clubworld will let you redeem multiple free chips.
There may be something to fight for. Terms really are not clear when it comes to comp points. Comp points are not normally classified as a bonus. It is normally considered real money. For example if you had a $100 in comp points, you could redeem them and cashout without playing. The only way they could really take a stand with comp points would be in a case that you have never deposited at the casino.

    20. Customers whose last deposit is older than three months and claim a free-bonus, are not entitled to a withdrawal.
    21. Winnings made on linked accounts using same offers will automatically be voided and therefore will be removed from the accounts.
    22. Max bet rule for all bonuses = $10.00. Any winnings plus bonus amounts derived from such bets will be voided.
    23. Customers cannot redeem multiple free-bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free-bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.

    Regarding mlkmn's situation specifically ....

They told him "they denied it because I claimed 2 bonuses in a row".

That's what I was referring to when I said it would be hard to get him paid. They already put their foot down and "reserved the right to void any bonuses or winnings". (if that was taken from Club World's terms and conditions page, I am sure Slotastic has a term like it too.)

I know there are/were casinos that paid out from consecutive free chips. Grande Vegas comes to mind.

thanks mben....as of now I have ask all 3 of their casinos to close my accounts. I was a regular depositor at slotastic and grande vegas, but it looks like that has ended

Yeah the term really isn't clear or written correctly. They cant go void winnings if you go make a deposit after claiming 2 or more free bonuses. (well technically they can do whatever they want.) That's basically what you are saying, even if you win on a deposit they can void it. That would be some of the roguest of rogue moves.

I really do believe the term #23 is intended to be applied to being able to cancel a ND bonus or void winnings from a multiple ND win.

With that being said that would mean they are considering comp points as a "bonus", when it should be considered real money, not a bonus.

If they would void winnings from a deposit after claiming multiple ND bonuses then everyone should shut there account ASAP, because again that would be one of the worst terms ever.

No, "they" are saying this, not me ... "When a customer uses two or more free-bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings."

Oh no, don't get mad. My post really isn't at you but the casino. I am discussing your view because your thinking there is nothing you can do to help Of course its there term, but it is not written very clear. So I am discussing the way you interpret the rule.

Either way Mlkmn should try to fight this. Id be curious to see if you deposited a lot and often. Do something to have someone help you go and address this.

i'm in no hurry on this one. i'd like to play there again. I don't like the thought of going back to club world but if slotastic sticks to their guns i'll go back to the club world group

Actually clubworld is probably a better choice. They don't play games with claiming bonuses or max bet rules. I also believe they pay quicker that sloths tic and jackpot capital.

Also clubworld has higher max cashout on nod bonuses and lower playthrough than slotastic jackpot capital

Hey mlkmn, thanks for your patience with this one. I did get a reply and as I suspected, they stuck to their t's and c's regarding multiple free bonuses in a row. But they would like to see you come back and if you do, they have a $25 free chip for you. If you decide to take them up on it, please remember to deposit before you claim that freebie.

    Hello Michele,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We have reviewed the player's account and the player asked for his account to be closed because his payout request was denied. Our terms and conditions on the website state "Customers cannot redeem multiple free-bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free-bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings." This was the case for this player.

But an email was sent to the player now, offering a $25 bonus if he chooses to reopen the account.

I got the email from them. thanks for the help anyways. its
appreciated if I have to deposit to get that offer i'll just let my accts at all 3 JPC sites stay closed. there are other choices out there. it just so happened that this group was the only place I was playing til that happened. I had just deposited there a week b4 that happened

Maybe you should check out this thread mlkmn5029:

I've heard nothing but praise about this casino and their super fast payouts since the day it launched. And as you can see in that thread we now have a rep for them right here on the forum that is giving our members direct access to him personally. Might be a nice change?

I wonder, when you said that you asked them to close all three accounts of yours? I assume you can choose from many and more casinos for any preference? Or is there something that limits you to a specific set of brands?

I like this group because they had several freebies at all 3 of their casinos. all you had to do was deposit regular. but I messed up and let 2 freebies be back to back and they took my winning after I redeemed my comp point which had been acumalating for the last couple of months. most of those comps came from deposits I made. when I stop playing at a site I stop at all sister sites too, slotastic has 2 sister sites, grande vegas and jackpot capital.

I'm sorry to hear it happened. I can honestly say I did not know these clause even though somewhere in my mind they make sense. I hope it gets resolved or you will find comfort in knowing that your case may have saved a few others from stepping into the same scenario. I'll try and put notices on various online casino platforms that have these casinos ( I can see one of the three here) if that will help.
