i'm probably still in the wrong here but I played the free spins at slotastic then a 20$ chip they sent me in the mail. won nothing off either one of them. I've deposited here a few times this year. I had 281 comp points. I redeemed them and won $200. guess i'll just have to hang up playing online anymore. not a way to treat a regular.

After you claim a free bonus at an RTG you must deposit again before you can have a successful cashout...from anything. It's pretty strict and pretty standard RTG T&C's.

I don't mean to sound harsh or uncaring, it's just not an argument we would win. Trust me I totally feel your pain.

Yes at least when you win at a land based casino you can just put the money in your pocket and be done with it

I feel that if I am depositing and accrue comps, it is my money. But like you said and I say too, they will say some of the comps come from free play and some from bonuses that players claim on deposits.

The casinos need to come up with a system where only your deposits add to the comps. But then again, why punish players who don't use freebies in a row by a lower amount of comp points because their deposit bonus money and free play money didn't add into the comp total. (if a system like that was in place)

Not all casinos do this. For example Clubworld will let you redeem multiple free chips.
There may be something to fight for. Terms really are not clear when it comes to comp points. Comp points are not normally classified as a bonus. It is normally considered real money. For example if you had a $100 in comp points, you could redeem them and cashout without playing. The only way they could really take a stand with comp points would be in a case that you have never deposited at the casino.

That's what I was referring to when I said it would be hard to get him paid. They already put their foot down and "reserved the right to void any bonuses or winnings". (if that was taken from Club World's terms and conditions page, I am sure Slotastic has a term like it too.)

Yeah the term really isn't clear or written correctly. They cant go void winnings if you go make a deposit after claiming 2 or more free bonuses. (well technically they can do whatever they want.) That's basically what you are saying, even if you win on a deposit they can void it. That would be some of the roguest of rogue moves.

I really do believe the term #23 is intended to be applied to being able to cancel a ND bonus or void winnings from a multiple ND win.

With that being said that would mean they are considering comp points as a "bonus", when it should be considered real money, not a bonus.

If they would void winnings from a deposit after claiming multiple ND bonuses then everyone should shut there account ASAP, because again that would be one of the worst terms ever.

Actually clubworld is probably a better choice. They don't play games with claiming bonuses or max bet rules. I also believe they pay quicker that sloths tic and jackpot capital.

Also clubworld has higher max cashout on nod bonuses and lower playthrough than slotastic jackpot capital

We have reviewed the player's account and the player asked for his account to be closed because his payout request was denied. Our terms and conditions on the website state "Customers cannot redeem multiple free-bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free-bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings." This was the case for this player.

But an email was sent to the player now, offering a $25 bonus if he chooses to reopen the account.
