    Well i made all requirements, sent in alllllllllllllllll documents i use for withdrawals and this is what i get: Thank you for sending in your faxback form. Unfortunately your forms cannot be approved at this time as you have left off some important information. Please send in copies of the following, and I will happily approve your faxback form. -          2 recent Utility Bills(You only sent 1 and it was from 2009) Additionally, before you can make a withdrawal request you need to make at least 1 deposit into your casino account and play it.
