Slots Jungle withdrawal LOL

WELL KNOWN MEMBER
I had a $1602 withdrawal from slots jungle. I just received $700. ( note cashier says max withdrawal $3000 weekly). So i went to chat to see why I only received $700. heres my chat. Just another tactic to get you to play it and lose it. To bad for them I can wait. At least they do pay even if it is installments. They must be hard up for money if they need to make payments on $1600 withdrawal. Please wait for a site operator to respond. You are now chatting with 'Giovanni' Giovanni: Welcome to Slots Jungle, how may I assist you? tking1: Hi I had a withdrawal of $1602 and only $700 was sent and the remaining $902 was put back into my balance. I was why. my acct name is tking1. Giovanni: One moment please. Giovanni: we send our payments in installments Giovanni: we dont send out the full amount Giovanni: you can make another withdrawl request tking1: oh I already did the withdrawal of the $902 a few minutes ago.when should I receive the remainder? Giovanni: once you recieve that Giovanni: only then can you make another request tking1: so it will be a few more days before I receive the $902 that I just withrew? Giovanni: yes Giovanni: correct tking1: o.k ty very much.

Hmm, wonder what's up with that? They sure get enough of my money, so they shouldn't be short

It does indeed sound like a stall tactic to me.  By putting that money back into your account some of us would be tempted to play it. Way to go on being able to Wait it out Im surprised to see this out of Slots Jungle. This was news to me, and I appreciate you letting us know tking1.                                                                                                  Pam

tking, I need your username at Slots Jungle. Something does not sound right.  There should not have been any reason that the balance of $902 was put back into the casino. And if there was a reason, I will find out why. Ok, fine, they send payments in installments but why does the player have to initiate the stalled ..... errr ..... the second part of the payment? It's posts like this that shoots the casino(s) in the foot because if this is the case (as far as how they handle withdrawal)s, I surely wouldn't deposit there anymore.I want my money in a timely fashion and all at once (up to their maximum allowed per day/week/month per their T's and C's). Congrats on your cashout, btw!

tking1, Thanks for sharing that info, personally i am going to heed this warning and avoid making any deposits at Slots Jungle, While we're on the subject, I keep receiving spam from them and i have opted to be removed from any further emails and have even chatted with them, all to no avail. Again, my personal opinion and thoughts, these are warning signs of bad business and once i finish removing their software all ties with this casino are severed...

Belgamo knows about your issue, tking but we still need your username. mrp, a lot of times, it's not casino itself that is sending out the spam emails. It's affiliates. But the casino group should be diligent in stopping the affiliate from spamming. It would be great if you could send the spam email to their support asking them to ask the affiliate manager to have a nice little talk with that bad, bad affiliate.

Unfortunatly this is how this casino group does there withdrawals, slots jungle, winpalace, etc...It is right on there homepage and this is what is says....The minimum withdrawal is $/100. All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $/3,000 per week. This is determined according to player class . Withdrawal approval time can take up to 4 business days. You will be notified by email when we send out your winnings. Withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department. The player class  is the part you can NEVER get an answer from them about.I have asked them many many times what my player class was and they would never tell me and they dont even have a list of class to know where you stand. You will get all your money there is no doubt about that but its just how this group works. The part that sucks is that you now have to request another withdrawal and have to go through the waiting period all over again.Tony

I agree. That does suck. I can understand (I think) them making up their rules on how they will send the winnings but why put the player through more wait time? Why not just send the next payment without the player having to re-initiate it? We all kind of know the answer to that.  Anyway, Belgamo is gonna have a talk with the rep. Not saying he will get tking his winnings at once but he's gonna remind the rep that he thought this was a thing of the past with this casino and/or group.
