Hi my name is Holly and I'm from Canada.I like to gamble from time to time using the web for online casinos. About a month ago I found SlotsPlus.com casino and   VegasCAsinoOnline.comand 2 more of their casinos and decided to play since they  have a warm welcome bonus offers for canadian players. I lost all my first deposits and bonuses... every week or so I came back and kept gambling and kept loosing my money. Finally I won and reached onSlotsPlus casino total of $2092and in VegasCasinoOnline $631I withdrawed my winnings after playing in their allowed gamesto complete the bonus obligations. I provided the casino my documents as needed, and I was sure I will be paid soon. They replied back that they started an investigation.. so after waiting long timethey replied back to me claiming I commited fraud and I'm not entilted to be paid. I believe this group of casinos treated me unfairly and just avoided my wininngs for no reason, all I did was that I played only BlackJack, how can it be fraud if I won just $631 and $2092 in another??they just got mad after I won and liked me as a player as long as I was loosing. Can you help ? Thanks for your attentionHolly (Mben edited the title to RESOLVED!)-- Edited by Mben on Wednesday 8th of February 2012 02:48:33 PM

yes... I made a mistake by risking my money in their sites... I was sure they are reputable since they were open to canadian and US players, I guess I'm still learning the online gaming sites and need to be more carefull next time. thanks

Hi Holly,This is not an issue of deposits made (as you have stated in a PM to me), it is an issue of multiple accounts, suspicious game play and edited documents sent to the casinos by you.I will not post what I received from their fraud dept, but after looking at all they sent me (and it is a lot because they have been watching you for a while), it is fair to say that players cannot pull the wool over these online casino's eyes. They have been in the industry long enough to see the best of the best try to commit fraud and claim winnings that are not valid. Based on what they showed me, you are either related to a group trying to commit fraud or you are same person who has 3 or more accounts at the same casino, trying to come forth as 3 different people.  There is nothing that our forum can do for you. And it would be best if this campaign you are on all over the internet stops now. You will not see any winnings from this group. This issue is resolved.  Anyone reading this thread, the Mainstreet Group is an honest and highly respected group of casinos. Unfortunately, people like Holly (if that's even her name) come on forums and smear the good names of casinos unjustly. Belgamo, Pam and I will fight for all our members if we see actions being taken by casinos that are unjust to our members. This is not the case here. This player tried to commit fraud and was caught. -- Edited by Mben on Wednesday 8th of February 2012 02:52:01 PM

And one last item I would like to add ... when you posted your original post, your IP address shows you coming out of Israel. Today's IP address shows you coming out of Canada. Unless you are a world traveler, that alone is suspicious enough. You're banned from the forum.

you tell them Mben. That really pisses me off when players do that, because we the honest gamblers have to pay for it in the long run. Oh by the way your such a nice person and I think thats the first time I ever felt that you were really pissed off at someone. Good for you.

Well put Mben. :yourock:As a fellow moderator, when finding out this is the case, it upsets me as well.  Of course we want to help members in any way we can, and at first glance we always want to assume the case is justified. Me personally, I always want to assume the good in people, and it still shocks me today to see the lengths people will go to deceive a casino.   It takes time and energy to track down these issues and get to the bones of them if you will. Time is scarce somedays, but we make the time for the sake of the player. When the proof of fraud surfaces, it always leaves me angry.  How dare this person think they can deceive a casino, and try to use us , to help them in thier fraud. As Mben said, you cannot deceive these casinos, and guess what? You cant decieve No deposit forum either.  Mben? :yourock:                                                                    Pam

Thanks everyone. :smile:tking, yeah, I was pissed off. As Pam said, it takes time and energy and it's not just my time and energy that is wasted with issues like this. This particular casino rep, their fraud rep and even some other person from their staff all had their time wasted to send me information about this when it was already resolved on another forum. Of course, we here at the No Deposit Forum may have caught something concerning her issue that the other forum didn't, but that wasn't case this time. Like Pam, I assume our members who ask for help are on the up and up otherwise, I couldn't take these cases with an open mind. Just another day at the office, doing my job.

SO sorry you had to go all thru that mess, i admit ive made multiple accounts in the past but i made sure to pick one alias, make a deposit, and inform customer service to delete all other accounts....these casinos spent a good amount of their profits just in man hours investigating, checking, and re-checking the validity of players they serve...and if i did that day in and day out ...i would be a little jaded too....well done to our moderators and the casino staff
