Someone please help! Win palace withdrawal issue.

Hello everyone!  I signed up with winpalace and managed to bring my account to $8000.00 within a week. I emailed my faxback forms and got approved. I then put a withdrawal request for $3000.00 , They emailed me 7 days later saying that they are sending me only $500.00 . So it will take me almost 9 months to get all of my winnings!?? This is ridiculos .  Somone please help me get all of my winnings in a timley fashion.

This is a standing casino policy. Many a webmasters have tried to get them to change this but to no avail. It tends to only be for first time deposit/withdrawals, you should see an increase in withdrawal amount as a couple weeks go by.
