Top Game emails are getting ridiculous!!

Is it just me?  These Topgame emails are getting ridiculous!!

The 7Spins/Moons/Rich/Thebes casino group keeps sending me emails, which are misleading/ flat out lies.  (ex.  casinomoon's email which was sent out 4 days late (then later claimed it was an error) was BS!- thesbes did the same thing a week before!)  Their emails are worded to make you think there's $$ in your account.... but what are they trying to accomplish?  that you'll log in hoping to find free $$$, but when you see there's none, that you'll be more likely to deposit...?But today's new email takes the cake!!         i got emails from thebes, moons and rich casino  Thank you for making your first deposit at .....

I HABE NEVER DEPOSITED at any of them - and, as of today, I never will!

I get them to. I have a cashout pending at casinostates since 5/27/10 and there giving me the withdrawal processors problems runaround, but when I do try to go to the cashier it does say you are not able to deposit at this time, so I guess I have to believe them this time. I checked other cashiers at topgame some give me the same message and some open. The email they wrote me today on the withdrwal issue is to contact them on the 18th of this month as there sure it will be processed then? I just can't see a casinos cashier being down for that long and surviving.

tking, PM me your username for Casino States and I will inquire for you about your withdrawal and will ask why TG casinos are giving the message that you are not able to deposit at this time. That is ridiculous. "

I've had the same e-mails, and spoke to live chat, who just told me these were sent to you in error, and you will probably get the same e-mails for all related casinos   and to expect them...I wrote an e-mail and copy and pasted the conversation, as due to their error, we have to be put out and mislead.....if anything they should apologize and offer free spins for THEIR ERROR..

I thought it was possibly a mistake glad to hear I haven't lost my mind because I usually know where I have deposited lol always know, wonder what they were trying to accomplish with this email?

Yes thats right Mben I cashed out $100 from a free $10, and after i got it went back thinking i was going to play there and recieved the message that i could not deposit at this time-"

I got the same emails about erroneous deposits. I also cannot login to most of my TG accounts...maybe they are doing me a favor!

casino states sent me one stating a 300 free bonus just contact support . Support told me it was an error and i wasnt supposed to receive that email and tech support was going to fix it showed my account as being minus 290 having received the ten dollar bonus from guess which games you did a few weeks back

Well i haven't seen the one about the $300 yet- but when i asked about the one we all got saying thanks for the deposits we hadn't made- i was told it was a mistake,a computer error ,and they were not supposed to have gone out.I am still pounding them as to why all of us that cashed out a free chip can not deposit now- but still no answer but somebody is going to answer me because i am getting!!!
