Tradition Casino lock my account without valid reason

    I never deposit at tradition casino before so decide to try their casino but find out that my account is lock. I contact their Rep and she reply me by mail that she has their right to lock player account, prevent player from deposit and withdrawal. This is not a good sign and this reason is not acceptable so be careful if you decide to play there.

    David that is so funny you posted this becaause I just received an email from Tradition today. I signed up with them when they opened, made quite a few deposits. Received cashback bonuses and free chips."

    Well, I quit depositing with them for no reason and one day about a month ago, I tried to log in and I was locked out also. I was very surprised because I had done absolutely wrong. I never contacted them to unlock it. I just uninstalled the casino."

    I haven't reinstalled the casino yet and may never do so! They put a bad taste in my mouth. Not even a sorry we locked it because..............

    Look like something is no right about this casino. Everyone should avoid it.

    I havent logged into my account in a while . i have been receiving emails from them but i just delete dont even open them. I had a bad feeling when they first came out and just played the free chip and that was it. Maybe they will get to the bottom of the accounts being locked out if they lose a few players.

    [​IMG]after i deposited and took advantage of their huge deposit bonus i felt something was wrong.I never even hit anythinall the way thru which was unusal since i primarily stay on the 3 liners.After that like give they are bambarding me ith free chips and huge deposit bonus emails.I delete them and only played the 1 for xmas.I am also wary of this cino but before final judgement i will wait and see.until then i will not deposit there because i would hate to be locked out ter i deposit. Thanks for the heads up

    I WON SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS ON CASINO GRAND BAY. THEY WILL NOT PAY. SAY THEY SENT THE MONEY, GUESS WHAT?????????????????? THEY DID NO. ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM?

    I`ve made several deposits on Tradition and not a single cashout, not a single time that I went above my startingl balance too. Well, one day I receive email that because they didnt receive my ID, bill, blood type, dna sample, etc, they have locked my account, and I had conversation with casino owner and we agreed that I`ll send those documents when I request cashout. What can I say except dont deposit in that casino.

    I can't get ANY rivals to open! Anyone else have this problem? My hard drive may have an issue; that may be my problem, but no problems with any other software . . . . yet ('til I figure out how to install a new hard drive and transfer Windows to it . . . . yeah, right! LOL)

    I have been locked from Tradition for months. I never deposited there, and only played the 1 free chip, then logged in one day to find it locked. I just uninstalled and never have gone back. I think I'm glad I didn't pursue it further.
