Has anyone received the 777 points after finding the X and claiming it? I claimed it twice yesterday and still nothing. I tried again just now. After I enter my account number and click the claim button nothing happens it seems. It stays at the claim box. Is this how it is for everyone else??

Yes the same thing is happening to me.  I have contacted support 2 or 3 times and am not getting much support.  They keep telling me that I will receive it in 2 to 3 hours but it's been 2 days.

Yea, it is doing the same for me. Glad its not my software or me. LOL They must be having a problem with it, and yes, support isn't much help. They told me if I found the right X it will be in my account within 24 hours. I think I will write support and tell them they have a X claiming problem."

Same here. It's been 48 hours and no 777. Support has been no help after contacting 3 times. I'm not sure,but i believe there should be some kind of conformation after clicking the claim icon. I have not seen this. I hope someone out there acually receives the 777. Good luck all.. "

I was able to claim the 777 loyalty points the second time. It took me about a day to get it.
