I have been waiting for 4 days for my cashout of $25,"
Support told me they sent me an e-mail asking me for documents."
I deposited with them a few days ago, as a verification deposit, which should have been good enough."
Vegas Regal processed my cashout in 3 days, being my first cashout."
I have edeposited and cashed out alot at Rival Casinos, but never had to send in any documents."
I smell a rogue Rival casino, like most RTG casinos.

I forgot to add that they said they sent the e-mail explaining what documents they need, but never got any e-mails!

CAPTMARVEL all Rival casinos should ask for documents. I had to with Vegas Regal and Slotocash the two I play at the most. Email or go to live chat and ask them to resend the email to you. I know that the first withdrawal anywhere seems to take forever, but they are only protecting you and themselves.

Yes I am upset that I have to figure out how to e-mail a valid license that I don't have, because it expired a year ago, and I don't have a scanner anyway."

Capt,I can see your frustrations now since all the other casinos you listed have somewhat pampered you.I always assume that if I want to cashout at a new casino that I am not verified with, they will ask me for Docs . That is sometimes the decision maker for me whether I am going to deposit there or at a casino that I have withdrawn from in the past. Meaning how quick do I need my money? (if I win)Do you have a flash stick? If so, do you have a friend that has a scanner? Or......what about the UPS Store or one of those types of businesses that offer scanning services? You could scan all the information and then take it home and have it on your hard drive forever.I don't think the expired license would be an issue. They want picture ID with an address and a utility bill in your name to confirm the address. I have used my motor vehicle registration recently because I don't have utilities here in my name. When I have filled out the actual CC authorization form from the casinos, it did ask for CC numbers, etc but also, there have been a couple where I had to list my QT number too. This Doc would be the one that a player would have to keep running to get scanned somewhere (after all other Docs have been saved to the PC) everytime you cashout somewhere new.Anyway, I know you know all of this but just wanted to throw a few things out there.I sent you a PM also.

That's easy then as far as getting the info back home.I'm going to assume that your friend has a printer/scanner/internet setup.Download the fax back form, fill it out and then scan everything..... ID, utility bill and faxback form. Have him email the scanned items to you .Go home and download and save all attachments to your puter. Send off what you have to the casino with an explanation about your ID and see what happens. In the meantime, we will go forward with what I stated in the PM.

I had a cashout here and i did send in my docs but they also wanted a permission letter from my husband to use his cc which i used. i sent everything in and got my $600 check today. they are good for their word and would deposit again......they were very kind to me......

i just deposited $30 in my account and took the bonus of $50 free and made the playthrough...now waiting for a $450 cashout... this casino is good because I have recieved my other check of $600 so I know they will pay.. good casino but docs are always asked for at any casino that i have played at. the only one that didn't ask for any was slot o cash but then again i did use q-tender there...good luck...
