Using a prepaid debit card for a bank wire

I got the $15 nodeposit bonus at Freespin casino and made the playthru. Once the playthru was met the balance automatically went down to $100, but I played and got it to $130 so I could pay the $30 for the bank wire. That was on Christmas. They approved my payout after the 48 hour pending period and processed my payout on January 3rd. My question is I gave them the routing number and account number for my prepaid debit card. Does anybody know if that will work?-- Edited by Mben on Saturday 5th of January 2013 01:54:40 PM

I have wondered this for awhile too friend. Never have tried it, as I never seem to get a cash out. hahaI think, and this is just my thoughts, nothing official, that the question is IF the debit card accepts International transactions. I know many of them, if you read the fine print, do not. They are for USA Transactions only. I am sure you have ran into that trying to deposit at times.Again, I am just as curious as you are about this, so I am just thinking outloud.Hopefully some one can let us know if they have ever done this successfully.I know a routing number and account number is what they need, but I am thinking the card has limitations perhaps. Please let us know what happens with this. I am dying to know.

That's exactly how Wired Plastic worked when they allowed international wires. I wonder how the casinos that advertise being able to put your winnings back on your card now get around the international issue? If this does work for you cb3, let us know that and maybe what card you are using (if you want).

I have a couple of prepaid cards and one of them specifically states that they do not take wire transfers. I too am curious to see how this works out.

my withdrawal to my debit card was declined. they told me to give them another checking account so i opened a checking account online and was paid $100 - $7 wire fee from my bank today. freespin casino does pay and i didn't have to make a deposit to cashout my winnings using the free chip.

So if the info is given as a checking account when putting the cashout on NS, then it works?Good info! Thanks flaflash!

I have had a netspend acct. for well over 5 years and they do NOT execpt wire transers . Its in the T&C.Yes you have a routing # and acct. # but they only do direct deposit or ACH deposits, if a payment is being sent to you via wire then netspend will decline it, has happened to me more then once.

I have no personal experience with Slot Madness, nor do I remember any members that have had any dealings with them as far as withdrawls. How long have you been waiting? What is your user name? Perhaps we could look into it for you. That will be up to Mben, our head moderator.Watch this thread for updates.

The only possible way I am thinking it may possibly accept wired transaction going into the Netspend card is if the same card has been used to provide funding to the international merchant. Because, this way when money is to be wired to the winner (card account holder), it looks like a credit refund transaction from past purchases from the overseas. "
But TonyT regards to, Yes you have a routing # and acct. # but they only do direct deposit or ACH deposits, if a payment is being sent to you via wire then netspend will decline it, has happened to me more then once. "
My question is, does that mean as long as they send the withdrawal using ACH method (directly to the card holder's checking account transfer method) it will work?
