Vegas Regal Casino Cashout Delay

    I make a cashout on 4 July. Normally they took 2 to 5 days to send the money to my moneybookers.I have waited for almost 2 weeks still not receive the cashout yet.I write to them they keep saying having technical problem with the withdrwal process.I will appreciate anyone can help me.My account is cgkoh.Thank you!

    Gosh...seems like that is all we hear from all the casinos is that there are issues when it comes to the withdrawl process. Times have really changed. Ill let Mben look at this thread davidkohcg and make the final decision if we may be able to help or not.                                                                                          Pam

    This will be a tough one to help with, David. Unfortunately, the contacts at most of the Rival casinos are lost in cyber space.No one seems to be able to get in contact with a lot of the Rival casino reps, Vegas Regal included. I will keep an eye out throughout the forums to see if I see the rep posp up somewhere and if so, I will ask about your cashout. Please keep us informed here whether or not you receive your cashout in the meantime.

    yes i am in same situtation i request since 11 july and now i ask in live support and only comment the live agent that is in process and sorry for the delay.. me ask is if they have problems whit money ,,ahmm not have funds ..

    I try the facebook but no use. They just keep quiet & remove the comment.I will try to wait for another week. I will keep the forum update again.Thank you everyone.

     FANTASTIC davidkohcg, that you received your cashout. I guess it is an important time for all of us to take a deep breath when we cash out as some of these places are really having a tuffer than usual time getting us our money. SLOW pay is better than NO pay.........(thats my new motto. :lol:)Thanks for letting us know friend.                                                                                       Pam
