Well, after I made this withdrawal, the next day I received an email from Vincent saying that my player status had been upgraded. Here is the email

I called and was told Aldo was in a meeting and would call me back. He never called, so I contaced chat that afternoon. Chat told me they had just spoken with Aldo, and he would email me that day. Never got an email.Yesterday morning (the 16th), I get a call from Vegas Vip (not Aldo) and was told they had emailed me a wire confirmation. As I'm on the phone with them, I am looking at the confirmation. It was dated 01/16/12. I asked them why the wire was not sent last week, as Aldo told me it would be, and the guy said to me bank/processor issues or errors. I should have my money in a few days. I said Aldo told me I would have the money in my account on the 17th. The guy just said he was sorry and ended the call.I went to the website for the bank they are using-Sparkasse Bank of Malta Plc. You can download the wire form straight from their website. For all I know, Vegas Vip could have downloaded that form, filled it out, and sent it to me as my proof/confirmation that the wire was done, but never sent it to the bank or processed it at all. There is nothing on the form that would indicate the wire has been processed. No kind of markings from the bank at all. You would think there would be a stamp or transaction number-something.I did notice late Thursday night that my payout status in the cashier at Vegas Vip had been changed from in progress to processed . It was update at 2:33:45 pm on 01/12/12.So if your payment and my payment both were processed on the 12th, why isn't mine showing up yet??
Well I was told today would be my DHL Courier chck Delivery but its another story again with VipSweepstakes... for weeks now they have been telling me so many lies on top of lies, each time I've been the one to call the and emaiing also regarding my payout. They have not once responded to my payout inquiries... also each time i have requested confirmation of my payout then its been changed to not processed yet! OMG- I'm so frustrated with Vipsweepstakes since 12/21/11 I have been waiting so patiently but now this is enough and I really think its so bad that they're giving themselves a bad rep when it comes to getting they're customers paid so late or not even paying in some cases. They Have told me so many lies by now, I can't seem to even trust them now whatever they say now....
Well this started out as a positive online casino experience thread but I think it's turned sour regarding this casino for some of you. I am sorry that both of you, hbruner and skumar, are having problems receiving your winnings. This is one casino that I would stay away from.
Yeah, Aldo told me that from now on (as if I will ever play there again) they will do checks for me and send them via DHL so I will have my money within 4 days. I still don't have any money. Called twice this mornig for Aldo before he would speak to me. He said the money left his account last Friday and that I should have had it yesterday. He says he is going to request all of the transmittal information and call me back tomorrow. He just doesn't understand why I don't have the money yet.They banned me from their Facebook page. I can still see it, but I cannot comment on their wall or anything else. Aldo even made the comment to me this morning about you have every right to post your experiences on our Facebook but he didn't mention them banning me for doing so! A**holes.....I didn't even bring up me being banned. After this experience, I think I'm going to start my own Facebook page titled Vegas Vip Sweepstakes Thiefs-PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK .

I hope you get it soon!!!Oh, and I asked them to unblock me from their FB page so I could let everyone know that I did receive my money. I said I told you all a long time ago that I would come back on FB and let everybody know that I did get paid, and I plan on keeping my word about that. The person on chat said they would appreciate that very much, and she would speak to the person who handles their FB page about it.I figure I should at least do that for them. It may have taken forever to get my money, but at least I did get it. I don't want to tempt Karma in any way!! LOL
