VERIFYING YOUR ACCOUNT CAN GIVE YOU GRAY HAIR..(Why does it have to be sooooo difficult sometimes?)

    Hi gang:What is hot and what is not?  Well, in my book right now, Getting your accounts VERIFIED is NOT hot at all.Why does verifying your account have to be such a pain sometimes? All I wanted to do was deposit at Jackpot Capital but when I got there all my deposit options said Please see customer services. I have had an account there for years, but just lately wanted to deposit again and received an email that I had to send in all my verification documents before I could deposit in any way.  Okay....I'm game. A time consuming task, but I know the ropes, and did what they asked.That was two days ago. Takes 24-48 hours to get verified. Received an email today saying that my verifications were incomplete. Incomplete? No way. I sent everything I was supposed to send. Come to find out, the verification department said the address I sent in didn't match what I have on file.  Well, duh, of course not, I have moved since then, and my drivers license reflects the change as being correct. I most certainly remember changing my address with Jackpot Capital when I moved, but looks like they didnt bother and because of that, it bites me in the rear now.So, you know what they tell me? Please explain why the address we have on file does NOT match your idenification. BECAUSE I MOVED SINCE THEN!!! Sigh.I get this email at 4pm today. I call to talk to them, and they suddenly are out of the office for the day. Please send in more paperwork to have your address on file changed with us. ( I already did over a year ago) and it will take another 24-48 hours to get back to you.ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS DEPOSIT.I know after being in this business for a while now that verification is important. It just stinks you do what you are asked to do, over and over again, and you still can't seem to get it right for them.  Why is it, that no matter what you do, it sometimes is never good enough. Some of the more popular replies are these: We didnt receive them at all. You sent them to the wrong email address. We cant read them. You left out information we need. We will get back to you. You'll receive a email from us when we receive them. :lol::lol:  I am not used to this new way casinos are doing things. Used to be you could deposit alot, but if you had a cash-out, then you better of gotten your paperwork in.  I dont deposit a great deal, but I never had to get my paperwork in to simply deposit.Anyways, so here I sit, another 24-48 hours in front of me, and all I wanted to do was deposit. :weird:
