villento casino

    still having major problems at villento about my deposit they first said they never got, now they say the ecashing company has it but i will not get any credits as they will return to my prepaid card, which if they ever get around to it, it will take 3-7 days before i get it to spend. i am not entitled to a free bonus but the topped up my loyalty points which i was just under to cash out.. dont get excited it was just for 2 whole dollars... this has been going on since sat. i dont think they want to give me my bonus money which i was entitled to 35%.i play every week there and spend alot of money but they dont feel i am worth the time and effort. when i first reported the problem to them sat. they said they never got my money and there was nothing they could do. i emailed them over a copy showing them that they took my money and they emailed me back saying it was not one of their names.i reviewed the list the person so nicely sent me to prove it and half way done the list it was there. oh they missed it.so i am out of my money for a week and they think i will come back and play there again. I have been a major fan of villento and loved there bonuses. i have one there many times so i like it but if you put it all together i have lost more than one.But i do play weekly. on the other hand another casino i play at i went to and asked if they give away bonus money and didnt have any to play for awhile gave me a chip. now what does that say about villento.. who gave me 1.00 really as i had the other comp points who i spend most of my money and the other microgaming casino that gave me a chip..i think i will stay with them when i get it.thanks guys had to vent. i am soooo angry right now. i seem to be on a role of problems at casinos lately and them wanting to do nothing about the problem .<img src="http://www.sparkimg.com/emoticons/furious.gif" alt="furious" title="furious" />

    i still have to wait for my money to go back onto my prepaid card and wait up to a week before i can use it again, but i sent them another email and asked it to go to management and this is there response. but only after 5 emails back and requesting a manager to get involved.  the funny thing i just went to my acct and the 15.00 they say the gave me just a little while ago is not there... should i not figure so.Hi Virginia, Thank you for raising your valued concerns.     That is awful of Villento to have claimed you never made a deposit! I know that I would be as frustrated as you are right now. Especially when you get hour hopes up that your gonna play and then wham, no credits or cash on the card. That would be a huge let down!"

    yes i finally got my money, they said it would take no longer than 10 to 15 mins but it took a couple of hrs. however i still do not have my money and the prepaid card says it will take up to 3-7 days before it will be availalbe after they get it before i can use it. Do you think i will use it there? nope. I am done with them for a while. especially now that my hubby lost his job today.so unless i win big when i get the money i wont be playing for awhile... oh well...I still do not understand why they cant just credit my money since there ecashing place has it. it does not make any sense to me. does anyone understand that?Belgamo do you??????     today is the day villento said i would have my money and guess what??? no money.. now we are not talking about thousands of dollars... we are talking about 30.01... that is pennies to them... now there ecashing company got it when i deposited but it did not register in there software for some reason... but they just cant credit me my money,... oh no.... the ecashing company has to return it to my card for me then to go and try to redeposit again..... now after almost a month do they really  think i would..no dont get me wrong. i have deposted thousands here.... and withdrawal thousands with no problem. but for some reason they dont like this money

    it seems very strange to me after all the depositing and withdrawing, basically all the good will and trust you've built between the casino and yourself would be trashed for a 30 deposit. all they have to do is drop a 30 bonus in your account while u wait and be done with it..     i agree dee... i dont know why they just wont give my 30.00 in bonus and br done with it.. they say they cant even they know i deposited ther money... here is there reply to my email i sent this morningthey want me too wait until midnight.. lol... called the prepaid card again today and they said if they sent the monet back on the 30july ...i should have gotten it in my acct no later than the 5th of aug,,, something is funny going on here and i am not laughing any moreHi Virgina, Thank you for contacting the Villento Helpdesk.     I deposited on july 27 and they agreed that the ecashing company got my money, but they could not give me credit because it for some reason was not recognized by there system. so they have to have the ecashing company reimburse me and then i can redeposit. what does not make sense to me is that if their ecashing company got my money, cant they just get it from them as that is how it works anyways. they got confirmation right away and prove it was their ecashing company. at first they tried to tell me it was not there company and gave me a list of them. when i sent back there list and highlighted it was on the list they looked pretty stupid and had to admit it was theres.  But still we are having this problem. I dont know why they could not just have given me credit again it is only 30.01 and not thousands. but oh no, they cant and it has dragged on this on. I have gone to casinomeister and filled a complaint as a good friend recommended me to as belgamo thought that might get their atten. but they have not heard from them either... my dear friend has responded to them also and they havent gotten back either.I still dont know why such a small amt of money is taking so long to get back to me.. Now it is not the money any longer, it is how they are treating a good customer. I usually spends hundreds of dollars there every month. I no longer have since, so they have lost alot of money from me since this has happened.. all over 30.00!!!<img src="http://www.sparkimg.com/emoticons/cry.gif" alt="cry" title="cry" />

    Wow Virgie! I may hold off playing at Villento also until your $$ issues are cleared up. Makes me a little leary that it may happen to me too. Don't they realize that this is bad press for them? "

    i just got my money.. it came today... so you know they did not send it when they said they did. but i finally got it withonly 6 days until it was a month from the date this all started..but finally!! thought i would ck and there it was!!!! 1:45am

    I just hope it was an isolated incident because I enjoy playing at Villento. I have always had good luck there. Maybe not so much lately but in the past.
