Hi everybody. Can you contact your contact at Win Palace and see if they can prompt the cashier to process my cashout? It has been a week. I don't expect them to process more than $800 a week like they did last time. (If they would process the full 3,000, I would give them all my business). But it would be good if they would get on it a little more promptly. I am only playing there again since they since released my comps totalling about $1,500 into over $3,000. Thanks.
