I just wondered if this is normal for casinos when you withdraw winnings the first time you will get half of what you win up to 1000 dollars and then this takes a couple of weeks? Also they never answer the live chat or phone I like the bonus but why the rule and it seems impossible to get any help????

smosey, did the casino tell you that you will only get half of your FIRST TIME winnings, up to $1000? "
"
Infortunately, there are terms and conditions (rules) on bonuses as well as conditions on cashouts too. Such as Rivals not allowing more than $2000 to be withdrawn at one time. So you do multiple withdrawals if you are lucky enough to have over $2000 to withdraw. Also, you can not withdraw more than $4000 a week. "

What's going on? Give us more details on your situation and maybe we can help.

Hi smosey,
"

PLEASE give me a FULL account of everything, your side of the story any and all correspondence, you are not the first person I have heard about with some BS on the cashout not being up to the 2K max per week.

oh no I am okay I didnt deposit I actually red the rules and thought they were werid they do have the rules like I stated and you can only withdraw 1/2 your winnings up to 1000 first time winner. It takes up to 10 days before it may come I dont know after that. The thing is the casino was listed under reputable ones since I listen to you and I am kind of scared to deposit there what are your thoughts should I avoid the place now since you have said there has been problems and they dont ever answer the phone or come on the live chat???

You can always go to www.casinomeister.com. Please read the rules before posting a PAB, they will help you with this issue, also handy for you perhaps at times Belgamo?

I remember that when Buzzluck came on the market, they immediately got accredited with Casinomeister. Also check the list of accredited casinos at this website, so you will know that you will always get paid in a timely manner. Good luck!

When Belgamo brings a new casino on board, they are in most cases, reputable. That's not to say that the casino will not turn sour. You may want to use some caution with this casino for the moment until he hears from the manager because he has shot them an email about their cashout terms and is waiting to hear from them.

i have noticed something about this casino that has something in common with alot of rogues and that is they dont have the progressive slots available, so that sends off the warning bells "
it maybe because they are new ?"
"
i may be wrong but i think this casino should be labled proceed with caution

I haven't heard of any no deposit bonuses as of yet being offered by this casino as they are new and I believe it will be a while before one is offered.

This is the ONLY casino I have ever cashed out with. I received my withdrawal into my account on July 1st - just 20 days ago. I requested it on June 21st and had to wait out the time to get the money but I was able to wait (it was very difficult by the way). I didn't know there was a limit because they deposited the whole request amount which was over $1400. Seems like a lot, until I add up how much I've deposited and lost with them over the last few months.I think WinPalace is a solid casino - they are really the only ones that I play at anymore. I'm a fan and they have treated me well. Hopefully they don't go bad now that I know I can actually win and receive my winnings.Just putting in my two cents on them - good luck!

hi stpowe6854:Good to hear from you on the board. This post is an oldie but goodie, and it originated back in August of 2009.We had a new member dig it back up and I just wanted you to know we saw your reply, but that the thread was old.I am thrilled that WinPalace is still doing right by you, and your post lets people know it is still a fine casino to play at.                                                                                            Pam

Well look at this way, stpowe. If there was a limit back then and you received more when you asked for your cashout, then they have changed their cashout policy a little bit and you just updated the thread. It's all good chica! :thumb:-- Edited by Mben on Sunday 24th of July 2011 05:33:00 PM
