Closed WinPalace killed online gaming for me

    I waited 3 weeks to get cleared and finally they respond, congrats were sending you your winnings! i scroll down.... they are sending 500.00 of 2420.00, thats my original deposit to them. And i've withdrawaled from other casinos, i know i will get charged 50.00- and then my bank will charge me for receiving a wire and on top of it i got charged from the credit card for an international transaction. so i'll actually loose about 75.00 and thats with winning!! i'll get about 425.00 in my account if they actually even pay the 500.00.Live and learn,But yeah, im done playing online, too much drama and stress i really dont need, its not loosing the money because fare is fare if i loose i'll pay up. Its the fact when i win its like dealing with Joe Pesci in the movie casino. just a bunch of shady extremely greedy criminals.

    I dont understand the need to screw people over like this, if they really do intend to send me 500.00 every 2 weeks minus a 50.00 fee from them and a 20.00 fee from my bank, thats like an extremely shitty paying job haha and its going to take them months to pay me. so sad really."

    I got an email from finance saying they assure me i'll get paid, it calmed me down a bit but my arguement was look, i like the feel of the software and the speed of the games and im not playing to earn a living, i just like the rush i get from betting some real money that wont be missed but i want to know i will get paid if i win, otherwise whats the point.And they keep pointing to their terms and conditions that say payments will be paid in installments up to 3000.00, well thats open to a wide interpetation, most people like me would think right away, okay i win 10k im going to have to take my winnings in payments of 3000.00 because thats the max, not im going to withdrawl 3000.00 and only get 50.00 of it.Obviously they want to keep us playing by keeping the money in there, but WTF?! were gamblers, were going to keep playing regardless, dont piss us off by playing around with our winnings. jeez

    I do know of a recent winner and member here who won $9000 and received her first $3000 payment (yes, the full $3000) just the other day. "

    So the question would be why did she get all of hers up to the $3000 (with a couple of more payments set for the next couple of weeks) and they will only send you $500 out of your total $2420?

    That is exactly the reason why I closed my account at Winpalace. To make people wait for a withdrawal for that long is really rogue behavior. There are no reason at all to pay in installments. Well there is for the casino, since they know many people will reverse their money and lose them."

    I am all over this with the casino manager. I am awaiting a reply, but I will tell you straight up this keeps up they will be pulled down and blacklisted.If they are going to SLOW PAY then it needs to be CLEARLY listed on a page EXACTLY what % or amount will be sent to players according to their PLAYER LEVEL. This is so NOT RIGHT, i thought this issue was resolved a few months ago , but this is the second report of this happening this week.I can say everyone has been paid in full, BUT BUT paying small sums slowly for the casino is a no win situation.The player will not be back and others who read these post will shy away.

    I was about to say that for as much money as I have put into that casino I know they better have the money to pay out when someone wins. Hopefully this will change how long we have to wait. I have won a few times up to $7,000 - but the wait killed me and I STILL have never actually cashed out. I really need to find another hobby so that I can go the full time on the wait without blowing it all...Oh well, it's entertaining if nothing else.

    theres a screenshot of my sent emails from my gmail account, i sent my complete info the SAME info that was approved by them, i never changed it, i resent it over and over to them. I sent it 3 times on feb 12, faxback@winpalace.com was not working, i talked to support, they said send it to finance@winpalace.com, the email went through."

    Oh yeah and after i called back on the 17th, the customer service rep Lin confirmed she got the faxback and would make sure finance recieved it!!! Then on the 21st they still did not have it. lol, come on. If i acted like this with my business, i wouldn't have one.

    In the defense of Win Palace, there are 2 different issues here. DOC acceptance (and approval) and Withdrawal approval. Even though you sent in your DOCs on 2/12/11 (or posted that day that you had sent them in already) and it looks like that you have been waiting all this time for your winnings, you haven't Kris. For whatever reason, your DOCS were not received around 2/12/11 and that's when you started contacting the casino, getting a good email address, resending and finally got your DOCs received and approved on or around 2/21/11. Now your withdrawal has been approved since then 2/21/11 and winnings will be sent or are on their way. The casino's t's and c's state withdrawals can take up to 5-10 business days to be processed. Even though today is the 8th day and you don't have money in hand, your withdrawal was processed within the time the casino t's and c's state. I don't want to beat this horse any longer but want to make a final note. Most all casinos require DOCS to be sent in prior to winning and cashing out. If we all would follow that rule (yes, me included) then the time that is seems we are waiting for our cashouts, when in fact we (players) are adding in the DOC acceptance and approval in the wait time, is not the case, nor is it right for us to say that's how long we have been waiting. Belgamo's main concern with this cashout was the installments and the player class , not the DOC approval. If DOCS are not in order, then he has no fight to get winnings, until they are.

    I contacted support the same day my docs came back, sent them to the correct email instead of faxback@winpalace.com that was not working, i sent them to finance@winpalace.com on the 12th, waited 5 days, contacted support sent them to 3 different email address including a support agent named Lin on the 17th, waited 4 more days and i was replied to on the 21st, i sent them once again to finance@winpalace.com and it was approved. Gmail tells me right away if an email is bounced back, these same exact documents were processed by another online casino in 2 hours."

    But really in their defense and hats off to you guys, they are paying me. I just wish they were more upfront with policies and better with the paperwork and i probably will play there again because i won and now i doubt they will make fuss about my payouts.
