WinPalace my acc was excluded from redeeming coupons

WinPalace casino excluded my acc from redeeming coupons but they don't want to explain why. I don't broke any terms.The only reason for what may be this is the , I  only deposited $ 750 and withdraw a total of $ 5,400 i also never used no deposit bonueses in this casino.They sent me email with information about this the Dec. 24, 2012, nice Christmas gift Dear Lukasz,Thank you for playing at WinPalace Casino!Your account has been excluded from redeeming coupons based on a decision from our finance department, per the terms and conditions of the casino.  This decision can be revoked over time.Please note, your account is active and you are welcome to play without using match bonuses. sorry for my bad and basic english

Hi xedor. Your case is not uncommon. It is very often the case when you win at a casino, they suddenly excluse you from bonuses.  Many members have had this happen to them after a nice win like you had.If you really like the casino then you are stuck with no bonuses while depositing. The other option of course is to simply find another reputable casino to play at, and take advantage of their deposit bonuses.Mben will read this and see if a note to the rep is something that is possible, and if it is, if anything can be done for you.                                                                                                                                                                            Pam

club world group done that to me. i sent them an email telling them to close my accts at all their casinos. now i mostly play at intertops, jachpot capital and grande vegas

jachpot capital, slotastic and grande vegas  excluded me one year ago beasue i deposited $5 and waited for no deposit bonue they send average 1 no deposit by 1-2 months, and they excluded, reason was I deposited less than I got in no deposit bonuses

why the WinPalace casino paying so slow by last 2 month i recive only  2parts of my 2800$ winnings max how i can request in one part is $500, so to witdraw all i must waiting next 4months? I know the interntional  wire transfer to Polish Bank can take some time like 4-7days  but not 4weeks

I received 3rd part of my winnings $1000 , but to make it more fun they today excluded my account from the exchange comp points.Mine $30 was blocked in comp points

 Oh geesh.......They just love to make it more and more difficult on some one who has won.I would not be playing there anymore with being bonus banned, and no comp points.  Geesh, what else can they do to make it more difficult for you.
