    seems like they want everyones money....but when u win they wanna be slow about paying it back. casinoes like this will eventually fall:roll:

    When they processed my cashout, they did it at 430am, eastern time.  Not sure where they are.  4 business days and waiting on the next installment

    dylquesne and aggie, the rep asks that you hold on a bit longer, that the problem they have with the wires is being resolved and that you will be receiving your winnings possibly tomorrow. I know it is easier said than done but for now, that is what must be done. Neither he nor I can get the money to you any quicker unfortunately. :(I know you will both let me know when the money hit's your accounts. Please be sure to do so.

    LOL, JackD - I'll be satisfied just getting the cashout. But if they wanted to sweeten the pot, I would graciously accept it.

    well, i did not get an email from the casino or either $500 wired to my bank account  the withdrawals were approved on 3/27 and 4/4...and i have not received either.i have had $1000 sent to me from this casino once in the past, i didn't think i'd be having this problem.

    dylquesne, I don't think that any players foresaw this wire transfer problem, not the casino. This was probably something beyond their control (hopefully). Hang in there.

    Wire transfer received today. Showed up after bank hours - but who cares. Thanks Mben for all the help. Hopefully, everyone else received their money. Better late than never.

    well, aggie got money...i have emailed the casino and asked them about it, they have not even responded to me.  please help.

    That's great news, aggie! :clap:dylquesne, aggie's withdrawal was submitted 9 days before yours and because they work in batches when sending out payments, your's is most likely in a different batch. They are working on their problem to get everyone paid. Hang in there. I know it's frustrating though.

    hello, again..well, it's been nine days since aggie's wire transfer was done..  and i did not get either of my $500 withdrawals wired to my bank.  is there nothing anyone can do?

    Dylquesne, hang in there! They did respond to my emails, but that didn't make the money arrive any faster. Sad thing is, I really enjoyed playing there. Good luck.
