Hi everyone, Anyone having problems with WinPalace and getting your withdrawals? You're not alone... I'm a little scared that we might have been blocked from getting our winnings from them, did the feds do something? Should I be worried? Okay, I am a little worried. Check this email response out after I requested my withdrawal - waited - got the word that I was getting my withdrawal - waited - and still nothing so I emailed them asking them if there was something wrong:  Dear Stephanie, </pre>We authorized your withdrawal request of 1,942,40USD on the </pre>12/05/2011.  </pre>There appears to be a problem somewhere along the line, </pre>as we have received various emails from our players who </pre>have also not received their funds. </pre>We have processed the withdrawals on our part </pre>however the money is not crediting players accounts. </pre>We are currently looking into this problem as a matter of </pre>urgency and we hope to resolve this with immediate </pre>effect. </pre>Kind Regards Adrianna Pen Finance </pre>Should I be in panic mode yet?!?! That doesn't sound so great! I haven't had a withdrawal from them in awhile, but did just receive on from SJ on Nov. 28th. My withdrawal just got approved today from them, so will have to see when that get's to the bank........Will keep ya posted.

I can't say not to panic, stpowe, but I would try to stay calm while the casino sorts this out. If I hear anything related to this, I will let you know.If after a couple of more days I need to ask our rep about it, I will. I would say let me know by this coming Monday if you haven't received a reply at least.

Thanks Michelle, I'll let you know Monday if there still is no money there. So far there is still nothing. I'm really bummed. If this money does not come then I'm done playing which makes me sad. What will I do besides save money and have a life?!? :)

Thanks, I just responded to you on the private message too. These guys are starting to get to me. I'm wondering how many more are not getting their money but don't have you guys to turn to?

Suppose to be 5 days for my withdrawal to reach my savings. Not there today yet. The 8th is when it was approved. Not at WP, but at SJ. 7th day today and not there!!!

Mine not there as of today. My deposits are after 10am. Will check again after 2pm. Another deposit time. How about U Steph?

I have the same problem too. I have been approved money on 5th and 13th for 500$ each and still did not receive my winnings yet. I mailed them about this and got the same reply you got. Its getting really frustrated...

Well, happy to report I received my withdrawal of $400 which was approved on the 15th. My withdrawal that was approved on Dec 8th still has not been credited! I did email Slots Jungle about it and am awaiting a reply! I am sure it will be deposited, it's just a matter of time...Just very frustrating!!! See...am trying to be positive :lol:

I feel as we are being ignored. Haven't heard a word from SJ. And yes, my latest withdrawal arrived in the bank, but not the one from the 8th!!

Got a reply from the rep and he read this thread and is looking into both issues. I'll give you the updates when i get them.
