I w/d my winnings from the casino on Thursday. I have read that some people got their withdrawals in 24 hours into quick tender. I w/d mine into my bank account. I know they say within 5-10 business days but I was wondering how long it typically takes?TIA!

Thanks Mben!! I feel like I have been waiting forever, lol! I literally had to put k9 software on my puter and uninstall the casino so I don't put all the winnings back in, LOL. Today is the 3rd business day (plus the weekend which only counts for me lol) and it's driving me crazy!!!"

I appreciate the link!"

.... going back to waiting now, lol

Wow, thanks for that tip. Never thought about that, uninstalling. And I have to see what k9 is. Hold on girl, you can do it!!!

k9 is a software that can block anything you don't want someone to do on the net... from gambling to porn to shopping, etc... I had my husband set up the pw and install the software. Any site categorized as gambling is not allowed on my puter. I can't download any casino, can't play instant play, etc... I found it a few years back and use it when necessary!!! (and that's more often than not, lol) It's good if you want to block kids activities too! I had to allow this site cuz I couldn't block you guys :)www.k9webprotection.com/

I am getting a little anxious so I contacted support to find out if they could tell me anything... and now they are saying 7-10 business days. What?!? Everywhere I read it was 5-10 days, now it's 7. I am a little ticked to say the least, lol

Thank you! That would be fantastic!! And much appreciated :)"

I know they will pay, I don't doubt that. I've never had anything but great service there... I am just leery when they start changing w/d times... I am not comfortable with that...

kristen, I did get a reply from Sean telling me that your payment was sent out this morning. I had nothing to do with it. lol"
"
They state 7-10 days because it is in the T&C's in case there are problems but in most cases they go out faster than that. "
"
So the credit goes to Win Palace for sending it sooner than expected.

This is absolutely ridiculous!! I made the w/d on 6/3. Yes, I had to do the faxback forms but those were approved within 24 hours. The w/d was approved early am on 6/10 (which I think is an excessive amount of time but whatever). I still don't have my money. I know there is nothing anyone can do but wait... It may not be the casinos fault, they could send the wire transfer through a 3rd party processor and the delay could be on that end. But c'mon! I am/was a HUGE fan of winpalace! I just think they have dropped the ball on this. I have w/d from other casinos and start to finish it is typically 3 days. When I did contact wp all they could say is wait a few more days..... Btw, I did some googling and ach can be done in a day. If the receiving bank doesn't show the $ within 24 hours of the money being sent (stocks, ira's, direct deposits, etc), it's almost always the originators fault whether they use a 3rd party processor or they hold on to the money for a few days... there were a myriad of reasons listed but you get the idea.It will be very hard to rationalize another deposit with this casino. There are others that pay promptly and I would prefer to go elsewhere. sorry michele... vent over

kristen, I feel your frustration, I really do. "
"
You mention in a prior post that you chose to have the winnings sent wire transfer to your bank and then you mention that an ACH can be done in one day. There is a difference between the two. "
"
Also, I know my W Plastic card quit accepting international wire transfers from QT. Is it possible your bank does not receive them either?"
"
I am just throwing things out there but in the meantime, I will send the link to this thread to Win Palace again so they can take a look at what has happened (or not happened, in this case). "

I took it that a wire transfer and an ach is the same thing? If I am wrong, I absolutely apologize! I am using a prepaid cc for the casinos so maybe they don't accept intl deposits? I don't know... I have to check that. I use the vision prepaid card. If that's that's the case, then my bank is at fault. I guess I am frustrated and thank you for understanding....

Ok... I just read the wire transfer instructions with my bank and it says no intl wire transfers. These are the instructions for outgoing. It doesn't say anything about incoming so I will have to email them right away.I should have checked that first but it never even occurred to me. Damn. Then this is probably my own fault. Would you know what I need to do now? If the transfer is denied, does the money go back into the casino? Ugghhh.....Thank you for your help :) I am going now to bang my head on the closet wall.....

Awww...... kristen. I am really sorry that I didn't catch the wire transfer sooner but if it was sent that way, there was not stopping it."
"
If your bank does deny it, the funds will go back to your account. At that point you may need to choose a different withdrawal option and start over but most of the wait is over because you have sent in your docs, etc."
"
Still a waiting game though until it gets back to the casino. You may get an email from the casino stating that, I would imagine. "
"
Come out of the closet sweetie! I know you need that money in your hand now but we are all here for you to give you the support you need.

Thanks! You know... my mom always taught me to never count my chickens before they hatch, lol.... and I never should have planned my money before I got it. Lesson learned the hard way ;)"
"
If the money comes back to the casino, I will change my w/d method to a real bank acct. Thanks for the advice and words of support! I'll let you know the outcome.

I wanted to let you all know that krsten did receive her cashout 3-4 days ago. "
"
Her first withdrawal was sent back to the casino because of a wire issue but after the casinos received it, they sent to a different bank that kristen has and she received the winnings with no problem.
