So i managed to clear a no deposit bonus at winpalace and want to withdrawl the money.  I saw that on the faxback form they request a bank statement and a utility bill that has my name and adress on it.  Im currently a college student and live with my parents during the summer, therefore, i have no utilities bills at all or access to my parents bills.  Has anyone had a similar situation?  I do not have any bills under my name.  Any help would be appreciated.  O and i would like to cashout using usemywallet. Thanks!

I would suggest you contact Live Chat and explain that to them. They will tell you what you need to do! Congrats on your withdrawal.

I think you may have some problem cashing out because you are student. Most online casino don't allow student.

I agree with krystalkittys advice as well.  I would go to live chat and explain the situation. Do you have a account manager there at all? Someone else you can be in touch with about your special situation?  This is a new situation to me, as I have never come across this.  Is there anything you might be able to send them showing your address matching the address you gave the casino and your bank statement?I have no idea what the casino might say about this, but hopefully they will work with you and your situation.  Sometimes they can be very strict with terms and conditions,  Let us know if you go to Live Chat and what they say.  Thanks.                                                                                                 Pam

I think as a college student, he would be at least 18 or older, David. Brett, I didn't have any utilities or even a bank account in my name but the casinos accepted my vehicle registration as proof as to who I was and could see a physical address. Do you have a car registered under your name? If so, that may work for you too. But you would have to ask the casino, of course.

Thanks for the replies. No i dont have a car registered under my name. I emailed support and they said: Thank you for your query. For processing withdrawal requests we do require two documents that have your name and address on the form/document. These have to match, and be recent within the last 3 months or a void check (without a date of course). These can be anything from cell phone bills, bank statements, cable/utility bills, W2basically your name, address and an official document (letters do not suffice). If you have online banking, you surely have the option to have a printout generated and can detail your name and address on that statement/document. You can send in screenshot/ digital camera image and upload it to the email as an attachment but again, it has to be dated and with your name and address that you have registered with us, or we can change the address for you if you have supporting documents from a different address. So i guess i'm going to try and get a copy of my W2 form sent to me. Hopefully ill be able to get these documents soon. Thanks for the replies guys.

Hi again:Sounds like you are on the right track getting your W-2 sent to you so you can send that into the casino.  It is wonderful they allow any type of documents as long as it is official and not more than three months old.Wishing you good luck with the rest of your withdrawl. Please keep us up to date if you would and let us know how it goes for you.                                                                                                    Pam
