Withdrawls

    I won almost $800.00 at SLOTS INFERNO . I tried to withdrawl some of it as I thought I had played through enough. Well after more than 4 attempts, (reducing amount each time ), I look and it said approved but right below it stated not approved. I was confused from the moment I logged on, as the nearly $ 300.00 I had in my account  (I played some) was gone!!!  I questioned it at live help who said management took it !!! When I asked if they new why, I was told it was because I hadn't made a deposit. I replied that someone could of mentioned anything like how much or what. I wanted to know then why I was not allowed to have back the bonus money I had won to just play with and I no reply. I even sent two e-mails to the director, management (whoever) and they could not even be courtious enough to reply!!! I will not play there anymore. Didn't mind so much not getting the withdrawl but I think it wasn't right for them to take what I'd earned. I only put in requests for the withdrawls.                           Beware, linda   aka lilrimer

I need to add this casino to this list because they are a sister site to some that are listed. They (the casinos in that group) are on this list for good reason and your two cashout issues just added more reason to avoid the group altogether!I do hope you see your money! :goodluck:-- Edited by Mben on Friday 28th of September 2012 02:20:09 PM

I have spent thousand's of dollars at Treasure Island Jackpots Casino. On 10/16/13 I requested a $150 withdrawal. I was suppose to receive a check . Several weeks later I went to live support to ask for help. Live support  told  me contact accounts by email. I sent 15 emails it is now 11/16/13. I have not received anything. I know for a fact I had reached the play thorough requirements. I contacted live support several other times inside of the cashier of the casino and their online support. They only gave me the run around or either they would ignore me. They had no problems' taking my money at all so I don't understand why I can't get a $150 withdrawal which they charged $15.60 fee just to receive the check I never got. I also made phone calls to the number they have online and never was able to talk to anyone just an automated message. They don't even answer the phone.
