I won 500 from lucky red casino last week playing craps, but they dropped my table limit from 1k to 100 all of the sudden, so i stop playing there,  i was playing at winpalace and they have a 1k table limit on craps,  im up to 1600 from 500.00 and i just want to see if these guys will pay out before i play anymore.Luckyred casino payed out pretty fast, i was happy with the payout speed, dissapointed by the deposit limit and how they cut my table limit to keep me from winning big, in mid game!Im waiting for winpalace to pay out my 1600.00, what do you guys think, will they do it? i sent in all the docs now im waiting for approval.I wont play till its done though. we'll see, im new to online casinos, and im skeptical.

Hi there :Congrats on your win. From what I know of Win Palace, you should easily get your money that you are owed, as long as you followed all the terms and conditions.  That of course goes without saying as with any casino. I personally have not had a cashout from Win Palace, but many members here have, and have had good luck with them. It is a reputable casino in my opinion.Do keep us up to date on how things are going for you concerning your cashout.  Congrats again.....[IMG][IMG]

I have had absolutely no problems with them paying....After your docs get approved, it normally takes about 10 days to receive it via QT. Not sure about the other withdrawal methods. Congrats to you!

They are ridiculously slow and have limits of $2000.00.  They try and make you wait so long that you reverse your withdrawal.

Yes, they are slower than a lot of other casinos out there but I trust them to pay.I would rather get paid in a couple weeks total (total meaning submitting DOCS, getting them accepted and then wait time for the $$ to get to my bank account) than not at all. Also, I believe they raised their weekly cashout limits to $3000 a week, if I am not mistaken.Congrats kris242!-- Edited by Mben on Monday 14th of February 2011 04:03:32 PM

Tyhe casino is well funded and the money will arrive. It just may take a bit longer than I would be happy with, but then again with all the processing issues and doddy casinos out tyheer its good to know you can be assured of getting paid.

Heres the update, 6 days later winpalace has not even processed my faxback form to even start the withdrawal."
    "
Good news is i played again and brought it up to 2k from 1600, i guess we'll see, hopefully winning doesn't push it back lol! I know if they do drag it out too long i'll never play at winpalace again. 2 weeks i can handle, anymore than that would be BS."

You would think if they wanted to create a repport with customers they would process everything in a timely manner.

Have you talked to someone? If not, I suggest Live Chat. I hate the 5-10 withdrawal process, but at least I get my money and they are the one's losing out. I love the casino's that process 24-48 hrs. They normally get back some of my withdrawal. So, in my opinion, WP is losing out cuz no more deposits for me until my money arrives in my savings.......

Hi kris242:I'm sorry to hear Win Palace is taking longer than you hoped. Did you reverse your withdrawl to play again and make your $1600 to $2000? I know each time we may reverse our withdrawl the process of approving our withdrawl transaction starts all over again. As some of the previous posts in this thread have mentioned, they do take a bit longer than other casinos, but most are assured you will get your money.                                                                                               Pam

Yeah i actually called them, spoke with customer service, they said even though its supposed to be 3 days they are slow right now... So...yeah."
    "
No PMM2008 i didn't cancel a withdrawl, i have not been able to even initiate one, i just went back in and played here and there, each time at the end of the day trying to make a withdrawl only to have it say they do not have my faxback on file. I just want to get the chance to make a withdrawl and know the money is actually on its way. Its frustrating to say the least.

Whether it was the email I sent or just the timing that Finance was getting back to you on their own .......... the ball is ROLLING!! [IMG] I hope you were able to initiate the cashout now, kris. And if so, remember, they are not lightening fast as far as you seeing your $$ in your hands but as long as everything checks out, you will see your winnings!! [IMG]

Wow, seriously that sucks! Sorry to hear about that Kris. I have not played there yet due to hearing how long it takes to get paid. I am impatient when it comes to getting my money. But, now defiantely wont be playing there.

kris is getting all of his winnings but in installments as per the terms of the casino. That part bites I know. I didn't want anyone to think they were not paying him.
