Yes..another WinPalace issue..

    Hi all!!I'm new to this forum and I've discovered it since some issues i got with WinPalace that forced me into looking around to see what people experienced with them.What i found about them was pretty dissapointing but since i've managed to win 1,200$ from a 75$ no deposit bonus code , the legit way ( one account , first timer , all withdrawal info and docs clearly completed and sent while speaking to the customer support .) , i wasnt nervous about the processing time.but oh surprise.today they start lieing to me about the finance dept. that apparently sent me an email yesterday about missin docs ( this email never got into my inbox by the way , spam inbox too ).customer service told me they ent an email to the finance dept so they will resend the email....-.-seems to me like they are trying to get out of giving me my money by confusing me or something.its been about 8-9 days into process by the way. This being said , i have been reading your forum last week and you sure are excellent at taking care of these kind of cases.would someoe help a broke student ?username on winpalace : TurboNipples(don't laugh at my name XD)thanks in advance!

    by the way,i know about this forum policies and i know this is a new account. But im not just new in this forum, im new to the whole no deposit bonus scene and I learnt all my do's and don't on this forum. I will contribute to this forum but i guess i need some kind of experience for that. Getting through this approval process with winpalace will give me tool in order to help.i am aware of the hard work and time everyone here invest so thank you all!!

    Hello new member:First off, sounds like you have missing documents that need to be completed at Win Palace.  This casino is reputable, and in my opinion, if they say you have missing docs, then you do, it isnt likely they are lying to you. We have many members that have repeated withdraws from WinPalace successfully.  I think once you get your documents in, your withdraw will go much faster for you next time.Please get with Live chat or send finance a note to find out what exactly is wrong with your documents, so you can correct the problem.We will be with you each step.                                                                               Pam

    By the way.........I dont know if you are familar with the term Max Cash out, but usually on a no deposit bonus that you claim, like the $75 , there is a maximum you can cash out from.  Note that all no deposit bonuses at WinPalace have a maximum cash-out value of 5x the bonus amount awarded. This means that your $75 no deposit bonus can only be cashed out up to $375.   Sorry I dont have better news for you TurboN but looks like you will be cashing out $375.                                                                                                       Pam

    Hello Turbo,I have learned the missing documents issue with online casinos, is just something that I'm gonna have to be patient about (as much as it makes me upset & wanna send ugly emails, think the worst, etc!) I had the same thing happen to Me at WinPalace (a loong time ago) - Titan Casino - Manhattan Slots ; all of which I feel to be reputable casinos. I know we want that same treatment, fast pay, etc we get (an should expect) from landbased casinos, but in all reality, if you research and look at the stories on forums about this issue, it's common......and if you find a reputable, trustworthy casino, just be patient with them. It's not as easy as getting your money (with laws, documentation, etc) But, you will......Just send what they request....again, and bit your tongue...the good thing is...YOU WON $1200 (for free....WOW!!!)

    So , they are saying of you deposit $21, you can then withdraw the whole amount.  Gotcha.As far as the missing documents, if live chat told you they were good, perhaps finace is telling you they are not and finance has the final say.Please find out from them what the problem is with your paperwork, and we can deal with it further. :roll:                                                                                  Pam-- Edited by PMM2008 on Tuesday 31st of January 2012 01:20:51 PM

    yeah i agree , i gotta bite my tongue! hope i just dont get to the point where ill be chewing it.But i just have to say that i have sent the docs they ask and if there is something missing well they never sent me anything telling me whats missing, i have been cheking everyday since the 19th. by the way its 12 days into faxback form approoval , not 8-9 sorry , its the same date i've spoke with ornella the customer support about the 1300$.

    exactly,it is kind of frustrating since I have been more than courteous with them.A couple days after talking with this ornella customer service lady I managed to stumble upon her in the live chat. I then explained the problem to her and she quicly told me to send her my docs so she could give them herself.I also ased her if i could expect an email from her and the finance department soon, she assured me that yes.I never got an email back from ornella and from the finance dept.to me the finance dept. just doesn't exist or it's ignoring me several e-mails to them..

    wow um ok!don't know if this has anything to do with your email PMM2008 but I've just received an e-mail from adrianna from the finance dept!! hooray!she is saying she needs more proof of address, I have some around me I will take a picture and forward it to her asap!! things are looking great

    I am curious were you found that bonus code POKER75 , I have googled it and not found that code listed for anything to do with winpalace. So please tell us what site you found the code on you used.

    You are very lucky you got paid, if you were playing at Club World or any of there casinos, you would not have been paid. They are also RTG casinos so stay away from them.NO FULLTIME STUDENTS allowed to play at RTG Casinos.................... Club World or Manhattans, High Noon, Aladdins, LuckyRed, actually I thought this was a rule at ALL RTG's. I was surprised when I read you had been paid at Win Palace. Their theory is you are spending your college money to gamble, whether paid by you or grants from your parents and they do not want this money spent on gambling.

     Are you saying the club world group wouldn't pay because he is a student or they just won't pay no matter what.The reason i'm asking is because I have had quite a few withdrawals from them with no problem and I usually receive it in a couple days. Although the slots are tight most of the time, I deposit with them alot because of the fast cashouts.

    I just checkdd Lucky Reds terms and it states ... Players Representation and Warranties 1. The Player is at least 18 years of age or has reached the legal age of maturity in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Full time students aged 25 or under are not permitted to play in the Casino.

    Technically, No I am not lucky to get paid because the truth is I was a full-time student around 4 months ago and I am currently not going to school.I am working on a portfolio full-time tho but heh thats written nowhere and I still consider it schoolwork in some way.

    Now that I think about it , I did told one of the customer support I was a student but ...she didn't ask me if I was and didn't talked about the subject afterwards ... but you're making me nervous =.=My cashout form got accepted but now it's been 3 days and no news of that money.

    After your withdrawal is approved (5-10 days), you will then receive an email stating how days it will take for it to reach your withdrawal method. About 5 days I think if I remember right. Long withdrawal process, but at least we get our winnings! GL to you!

    well krystalkitty , my faxback form has been authorized ( does it mean the withdrawal is authorized like you said? ) and now 4 days later I still have no news of my 1200$, no e-mails yet... I can't wait for even the smallest sign that my money is on its way lol. So if what you said is right I should get an answer somewhere around tomorrow?
