Hi all!!I'm new to this forum and I've discovered it since some issues i got with WinPalace that forced me into looking around to see what people experienced with them.What i found about them was pretty dissapointing but since i've managed to win 1,200$ from a 75$ no deposit bonus code , the legit way ( one account , first timer , all withdrawal info and docs clearly completed and sent while speaking to the customer support .) , i wasnt nervous about the processing time.but oh surprise.today they start lieing to me about the finance dept. that apparently sent me an email yesterday about missin docs ( this email never got into my inbox by the way , spam inbox too ).customer service told me they ent an email to the finance dept so they will resend the email....-.-seems to me like they are trying to get out of giving me my money by confusing me or something.its been about 8-9 days into process by the way. This being said , i have been reading your forum last week and you sure are excellent at taking care of these kind of cases.would someoe help a broke student ?username on winpalace : TurboNipples(don't laugh at my name XD)thanks in advance!
