This is where it get's tricky. So are you saying that you initiate a cashout of the maximum cashout of $375 and then reversed it back into the casino and continued to play it and won $1200? We just all know that on a free chip, most casinos will have a max cashout allowed on it as Pam stated earlier in the thread, pasted below ... By the way.........I dont know if you are familar with the term Max Cash out, but usually on a no deposit bonus that you claim, like the $75 , there is a maximum you can cash out from.Note that all no deposit bonuses at WinPalace have a maximum cash-out value of 5x the bonus amount awarded. This means that your $75 no deposit bonus can only be cashed out up to $375.  Sorry I dont have better news for you TurboN but looks like you will be cashing out $375.                                                                                                       Pam -- Edited by Mben on Monday 6th of February 2012 07:29:40 PM

I have already gone over that issue and yes I am familiar with the max cashout term as you wrote exactly what PMM2008 wrote a few posts up there. The receptionnist guaranteed me that I have 1200$, and she asked me to deposit so I can cash it out like any other players. She just told me I couldn't cash it ALL out. So what now , I have sent a demand for a 1,211$, will they just send me 375 and put back the rest in my account? this is getting confusing lol..

You will receive your $375, but unfortunately, the rest will not be going back to your account. This happened to me when I foolishly didn't read the t and c's for that contest. I should of played down to my max withdrawal amount and didn't!!! At least I could of play for comps....Lesson wisely learned!!! GL to you!

Well krystalkitty , if that is true then it sucks big time.So what I should of just asked for 375$ withdrawal and played the rest of the money left?I understand the max cashout thing , I have tried several other casinos after winning the money and when I did reach the play limit all the money i've made INSTANTLY turned into the max cashout. I didnt need to ask myself these questions.but with that offer , all the money ive made STAYED in my acc.that is what is confusing me

I think what krystalkitty meant was that if you knew you were only going to get $375, and had $1200, you should have kept playing and playing until you lost down to $375 (plus the bonus because most times it is a sticky bonus (cannot be cashed out). That way you would have earned comps while you were playing down.BUT since you thought that you were getting the $1200, you probably didn't think of continuing to play just for comps. I wouldn't have. Anyway, so there is no more confusion, I will find out how much your cashout is approved for. I will reply here as soon as I hear and that will be up to the rep and him getting back to me in a timely fashion. Hang tight TN. Oh and if you get an email before I get a reply, let us know what they tell you. Thx! :)

And krystalkitty, this idea of playing for comp makes much more sense ...I would of played that money down for sure instead of having it just taken away =.=

Withdrawals are approved within 5 10 business days! When your withdrawal is approved, they will send you an email stating it has been approved and you will receive your winnings within 2-5 days!! So, it can actually take 15 business days!

I have not forgotten about you TN. I just have not heard from the rep myself. After 2 emails. At some point I have to decide whether I should hound our reps or let it ride. And that's for any member's issue with any casino group. He has not answered me quickly for some reason, so I will give it a couple of more days before I ask again. If members don't hear from me, it's because I have nothing new to share.

Ok so as I expected , these casinos are crooks and they declined my cashout. The reason they gave me was that I have tried games that werent in the list of the playable games (blackjack) and because of that they resetted my account to 0$ and reimbursed my 21$ back into my account.I am furious because at first when I got the 75$ I wasnt aware that I couldnt play blackjack, I have tried several games until I checked if the money played was getting up in the bonus and I noticed it wasnt. That is where I noticed Slots only blah blah blah.I know its my fault but ffs im new at this. The instant I saw the money was not rolling I immediately played it at slots.oh well, i guess they are pretty happy about this.I find the casino world disgusting, they make you wait over 20 days just to tell you you arent touching anything AND the 21$ they told me to put in in order to cashout is pretty much lost since they wont give it back. They just want me to play it and lose it.that is playing with the devil

TurboN:I am sorry that your cashout has been denied, but let me take this opportunity to reinstate the importance to you and all members that reading and understanding all the Terms and conditions of any bonus is a vital practice.I do not agree that the casinos are crooks as you stated. The terms of the bonus was clearly stated Im sure.  We have many happy members that cash out often from Win Palace and have no issues what so ever. Please remember this as a lesson learned, if you ever decide to play again. No Deposit Forum was ready to help you in any way we could, but there is nothing anyone can do now.I truely am sorry, it is hard being new to this business and learning the ropes.  Read the Terms and conditions always.                                                                        Pam

I understand the casinos point on the wagering terms and not granting him the cashout, but still the casino should have cleared it up with him that he wouldn't receive the cashout before he deposited the $21. The support should have been able to look at what games he played while he was in chat and told him that he played games that voided the bonus, end of story. I just hate when casinos beat around the bush and make you wait for answers when all they can do is click a button and all the info they need is right in front of them, but they act like there isn't any info available.I'm not siding with either one because I think they both dropped the ball. And still none of this would have happened if the terms and conditions were read before hand. READ T&Cs VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANTINDEED.
