I have deposited with Bet Phoenix numerous times but I did not receive the chip.  I contacted support and they said it was only for players that received the email.  I guess I have not sunk enough of my paychek with their Casino to qualify.

I received a piece of snail mail with the code 25BUCKS but when I went to cash it they said it was not valid.  I asked why and they said it was because an affiliate was sending mailings out to get new players to the casino and because I had not signed up originally thru that affiliate the code...
