Mben, I have XP and have had no problem at the other casino's in this group just this one

I've had the bonus for weeks and still can't play at the casino. All they want to do is change my pw and its not working, casino loads but the game browser doesn't for some reason. Tech help was suppose to call and send an email but have heard nothing, can't figure out what the problem is.

I talked to support about the error message i'm getting they changed my pw twice said to wait 3 minutes before logging back in which I did also said to uncheck save my pw which i did but still can't play get the same error message. Support was very nice and helpful its just got to be something...

well i tried it all, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, still am getting the error message. Can't even get to live help guess I will try calling them tomorrow am tired of messing with it tonight. Thanks Mben for helping.

i got the bonus but can't play at the casino had to do a restore on my pc its about dead lol and lost the casino during this redownloaded and can't play now get error message 0004

I just downloaded and chat told me that if I'm approved will be credited in 24 hours. So guess there is a chance some won't be getting it and I might be one of them lol.
