Well, I just HAD to make sure to come tell ya'all that I am now POSITIVE that the problem was my cricket broadband modem!!!I am currently using a NETGEAR Universal WIFI Internet Adapter & I have not had any problems downloading RTG games nor with downloading Rival casinos! WOOHOO!

The Data Connect is what establishes your connection to the internet. U should really  only have to  run this once & i'm pretty sure that this is actually done automatically when u are setting up your service.I do believe I have finally come to a conclusion on what is causing these errors...
