Uptown Aces [RESOLVED]

WELL KNOWN MEMBER
So I played a free chip at Uptown aces after I made a deposit, this free chip had a play-thru of $4000.00
So I made play-thru and cashed out $526.00.
This morning I get a email stating that my withdraw has been declined. because I played some free spins 2 days AFTER the above chip. I had never heard anything so crazy in all my years online!
I am very surprised at this, I would have never expected anything of this sort from this group.
I am very disappointed with them. I rarely ever play at an RTG site anyway, then when I do something like this happens. I think this is some sort of loop hole for them to get out of paying.
Reminds me of something the Rogue Casino's would do.

apg, I need your username at UA.

I will email the rep, but won't hear back for a few days because of the holiday.

thank you!
Thanks.

After re-reading your issue, this is the breakdown ...

1. You deposited, played and lost. (I assume "lost")
2. Then you claimed a free chip which you were able to cash out on.
3. Then you claimed and played free spins while your cashout was in process.

So it looks like you played back to back free bonuses without a deposit in between. But that should affect a cashout from the free spins bonus if you had a cashout, not the free chip bonus cashout I would think.

I just had to talk it out because for some reason I think the rep is going to say "back to back".

Ok, sending your issue off now.

Yeah that's the way it happened.

And the free spins only paid me $5.70 hardly worth denying my withdraw.

The rep got back to me quick yesterday and said that he sent it off to finance, but it might take up to a week to hear back from them.

Oh and for the record, the Uptown Aces group is an upstanding group. They're not shady. I'm not trying to change your mind about them, just saying it for the general public.

I will get back to you with finance's response.

I always thought of them as a great group, but I was so shocked that they would decline my withdraw over a few free spins.
It just seems unfair. I mean if I did something wrong just they should just warn me not to do it again. But I don't think of them as a rogue casino, I have been depositing with this group for many years. This is the first time they have ever did this to me.
Thank you again for your help!

apg, the rep made it back to his desk and was able to look at your issue closer.

Here's why they denied your cashout.

https://uptownaces.eu/terms-conditions/general-bonus-terms

7. Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancellation of the player's winnings.

I would like to clear up any misunderstandings, when I used the word rogue in my original post dosen't mean I think of them as being shady. I have received checks from them in the past and still trust them and will deposit with them again.
Thank you Mben

I totally understand. But thanks for clearing it up for the masses.

And I'm sorry they won't be sending you the withdrawal. I don't read all the fine print anywhere so I learned something today. In the future, I'll be careful. If I have a cashout pending, I'll look for a similar term at sites I play at if a freebie pops up I might want to claim.

I know that many of you love to play at these online casinos, but after all that I have been through with them, I just can't justify trusting them to "do the right thing" when push comes to shove. I shared my experience with a new casino years ago when, after turning a freebie chip into over $20K AND following all of their rules and conditions, the casino in question just disappeared and reopened days later under a somewhat new name. Did I realistically expect them to pay off? Clearly, no - but the "brick and mortar" casinos rarely have the option of just disappearing.

I play the online casinos strictly for fun - using ONLY free spins and no deposit bonuses. In full disclosure, I have actually been paid off for way more than I ever deposited back when I was young and naive (or stupid, depending on how you look at it :thumb:). My game now is to see how much that I can get away with using only freebies!

I am thrilled when one of the posters here is able to withdraw funds AND actually gets paid! I only wish that it was WAAAAAY more common than it is! Does that mean that I think you shouldn't play? Not only no, but HELL NO! Take them for all that you can!

NDF is the bomb!

If you posted your story on NDF, I don't remember it. What casino was it?

And it is way more common than what it looks like going off of posts by NDF members. When I look at various affiliate program's reports, I see a whole lot of cashouts. But I hear ya!

And thanks ... we try! :)
