Sorry Aranjos you were right after I´ve spoken with Live Help. I was able to proof that the Neherlands were not mentioned in the general terms on the list of banned countries for the sign in bonus of $10,00. But the operator said that the list was not complete and will be updated.

Wanted to give everyone a heads up on this one. Signed up under LOOK4ACES at this one and they are refusing to give the the 10. Apparently they have decided I am a bonus abuser per phone conversation. I followed up with an email explaining I have been playing with Rivals for some time now and play regularly at Simon Says, DaVinci's, and Superior and that means I deposit at those often. I also let them know when new Rivals come out I usually deposit with them at least once, usually twice to help them ring in their new casino. I wasted no time at all letting them know that I completely abhor casinos that make false accusations about their customers, as I know I do not abuse casinos regarding bonuses. I have been abused by some of the casino's but I know how to go elsewhere to make my deposits in that case. They emailed me back and let me know that they were not stating a reason officially, just that they had the right to refuse any player for any or no reason if they wanted... hmmmm...  and they want to be online making money as a casino for HOW LONG?LOL! Looks like they over advertised for this one, as they obviously are trying to do an oline casino start up with very little money. I am hearing from quite a few people that they are being done in this way as well giving no reason? I would have preferred to hear no reason on the phone than being accused of something. I certainly will never deposit there, as that was really rude!!!! I kept asking them how I was considered abusing bonuses, said I had multiple Rival accounts, and I told them, yes, and I deposit at every one of my accounts but that I have no duplicate accounts... then they tried to imply I had... I TOLD THEM TO NAME THEM!!! They could not. They are out of money guys, take care if you plan on depositing as not all Rivals are to be trusted as they are managed individually.

ALL Rival casinos state the same thing: they have the right to refuse bonuses and or not allow someone to play. This is in every Rival casinos TERMS. I too am not a bonus abuser or have duplicate accounts, but get locked by most all Rival casinos."

Not everyone gets locked out or is bonus banned. My advice is to everyone, if you get bonus blocked or locked out; ask for a managers account review. Otherwise, move on and play elsewhere."

I ditto that! ashian, I know you stated that they are out of money but I doubt that is the case. What happens is that Rival, the software provider, flags players as bonus abusers and they send that info to each of the Rival casinos. The casino itself, does not flag you. (and I am not saying you are one!

)On the other hand, each casino, individually,  can overturn the decision from Rival.

Well I guess they took my advice here and checked with some of the managers at the other Rivals that I know by name, or perhaps they finally kicked themselves for not considering a depositing player that LOVES Rivals! Whatever the case, I will give them consideration for letting me play the 10. though I sure worked for it!!! LOL!Who all gives free moolah and good deals for BDAY girls??? HEHEHE! I have one coming up this month and I been real good all year!GLA

Hello,I  had the same thing happen to me 2 days ago. I found tropica casino on this site 2 days ago downloaded it registered and no promos in the casino.  I went to the chat help and was accused of having multiple accounts at  the same Rivals. I  said that is impossible and asked the help Rep  to tell me  the Rivals that I have multiple accounts at when I don't? he could not find any.But he stated because it says I do I am not entitled for any bonuses at Tropica Casino. I explained The only confusion could be is that my husband has some Rivals he plays under his name and I have the ones I play under my name but the Rivals he plays I do not have an account there and the Rivals I play ,  my husband does not have an account at so what your saying is not true about Multiple accounts. He did not care and said there is nothing he can do about it. I mailed the casino about this and never heard back from them and there Phone number does not work. I wish there was a way to e-mail the manager and get this situated.The other Rivals I play do not have me bonus banned. I play most of these Rivals almost every day so it is a loss for  this casino if they  keep Loyal Rival players Bonus Banned especially when they have no reason for it.
