Mben,Yes, I write to them but they need me to deposit more regularly without bonus & I did a few time but they still say not enough.I remember I only take 1or 2 time match bonus from them other than no deposit bonus.I give up & unistall the software. I search other forum and this happen to some player after having some nice cash out.Now I swicthing to club world group casino & they lost my business.Thank you Mben!
