You don't have to deposit to get the $50 for sending in your docs either! They just have to be accepted by accounting. After the email, you can contact support for the $50.

I got this same email early this AM. It thought it was kinda unclear regarding the deposit being A condition or not. Also, I clicked on their banner in this Email. I assumed it would be the direct link to the Casino States home page. It was A link to some dead end web address. I tried it A couple times about an hour apart and got the same blank web page."

That was all the ambition I could muster up at the time. I should have put some more effort into reaching their home page and got the faxback form info to them. I would have got the $50. My being lazy cost me $50 totay! It was most likely just A bad link from that one banner!

I hope someone is having betterluck with this one than me, one of the email addresses they gave me keeps returning everything, and so far it has been 2 days wait for the email saying they have received the docs, and still it hasn't come!

Trish, what is the email address that keeps bouncing back?  And, are you saying that you did get the DOCS sent finally and are waiting for approval? If so, what address did you send them to that DID NOT bounce back? I know that approving DOCS is not always the fastest process in the world, that's why I questioned you earlier. Whether or not all you had to do was send them and get credited. Or get them approved and get credited. Big difference in the time frame.

The address that came back is finance@casinostatesupport.net and I got that one from live support, they also gave me info@casinostatesupport.net and that one worked. Yes I did get the docs in and I figured it would take a while to get them approved, but I guess I have gotten spoiled by Rival's 1-2 day turn around time. Things are sooo much easier there!

i send in my documents two days ago and still nothing in my account,,,support said it's up to the other department if they want to credit my account...the email they gave me is info@casinostatesupport.net
