Cleo's VIP - No Good!!!

So today on my birthday, I received an email from Cleo's VIP that stated - " A $20 GIFT FROM US TO YOU! Simply request your BIRTHDAY present via support@cleosviproom.com and receive our token of good wishes valid for only a week. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. Let this day be the beginning of a year full of fun with Cleos Vip Room!"

Well imagine my shocked and bumming situation when I logged in, reached out to support requesting my free chip and they said - "so sorry, our processor is down and we cannot issue bonuses at this time". I was like "Then why did you send me that email then? What is wrong with your company"

I am so bummed,,,,I was soo excited thinking that I could finally play with them again. I do not understand how they continue to have the same problem for so long now. Either they are lying or there is something else going on. It is the same for Jesters Win a well.....

Blah~! it was the ONLY Happy Birthday email that I received from a casino.

That's a bummer it was the only one you received, Shane.

The same thing happened to me. I received an email from Cleos and Jesters Win saying I had a bday chip I could claim. I was told the same at both casinos when I did try to claim them. But Jesters Win did contact Zitobox and had them credit me coins over there. I told Cleos what Jesters did and asked if they could do the same, but they said unfortunately I was already credited bday coins via Jesters, so they couldn't.

My birthday was back in June. You'd think they would have quit sending out bday emails by now because I'm sure they've had lots or claim requests, and lots of denials. From way before my bday even. They've had processor issues for a long time now.
