same with me mbenever since i downloaded it i have never benn able to claim a bonus cuz of an error too but ive emailed them several times and no one gets back to me

Has anyone been able to claim bonuses from here?Well, that was a dumb question. I was able to claim the first freeplay bonus they offered. I haven't contacted support about it, kkessler. I don't ever go for the secondary part of the bonus so not worth my time trying to get this one.
